A brand new, three bedroom home that offers spacious living areas with an uninterrupted view of Mallacoota's bottom lake and Coulls inlet.

This bright and open home located in the quiet Cul de Sac of Vista Drive is wheel chair accessible and offers the perfect property for families looking to escape to Mallacoota in luxury.

The front balcony provides a relaxing, sunny spot for guests to relax and enjoy the scenery that beautiful Mallacoota has to offer.

You are also not located far from the towns centre, being roughly 3 kms in distance you could expect a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk along the board walk that follows the lakes edge.



the kitchen is fully equipped and there is reverse cycle air conditioning in the Lounge room and the main bedroom.

The property includes Linen and towels and provides ample room for car and boat parking.

Very clean with great views, but small fridge

The house was very. very clean and new. Nice views from the living area, comfy beds and luxurious bed linen. The only thing we did not like - was the small fridge. It was way too small for 4 of us. We could not fit a 2-liter milk bottle into the fridge door. Also, the next-door neighbor (who looked like they were locals) were noisy and had many late parties.

Great home and location.

We had a really great time. We had everything we needed at the property. Great service the whole stay. Owners even dropped off clothes air dryer without me asking as it was raining and they knew i couldn’t use the clothes line. Which is fantastic service Only downside is Driveway is very steep and tight. Plenty of parking space especially smaller cars but not suitable to park boat as driveway was too steep and narrow to manoeuvre

We had a really good time in an awesome premium holiday home furnished very tastefully and with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The real estate agent managing the property was very professional and understanding. Highly recommended!!!

Stunning house, views, and location. Communication was great and prompt. Shame there was no wi-fi (current as of April 2022). Tastefully decorated.

Beautiful house, excellent location

The house is really lovely - well designed, equipped with everything you might need, and with a spectacular view over the Inlet and out to the ocean. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. The main living/dining room is perfect for eating leisurely meals, relaxing with a book, and gazing at the view. Fantastic bird life! We wished we could have been there longer and will be coming back! Thank you to Judy for looking after us so well.

Amazing views !

An exceptional modern well appointed house with all the latest appliances. The views of the sea and lake are amazing The location is an easy walk to town along the waters edge. There is so much to explore and do. We look forward to coming back in the New Year.

First stay, but hopefully not the last

Absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, everything you need for a getaway. Has nice lake and ocean views in a new house with modern beachy decor and nice finishing touches throughout. Can't fault the house, although care is needed to manoeuvre driveway to back door access for elderly or wheelchair access.

Family getaway

Had a great stay here. Very relaxing, clean and comfortable modern home. Well equipped with fantastic views over the water and Mallacoota. Close to town and walking tracks. Great for families. Cannot fault and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Spacious, modern and calm with a view

We loved this house - the moment we walked into the house we were greeted with a very large and beautiful kitchen, only to turn right to a wonderful open plan dining and living area with a fabulous view of the water. Pics don’t do the view justice ! Bathroom is also gorgeous and spacious. Will stay again when I make my way back to Mallacoota

We had a lovely stay and found the property so nice that we struggled to leave the property throughout the stay. Our only concern was the strange location of the tv!
