At Sundecks, you'll feel at home as you ascend the timber staircase to level 2. The main living area opens onto a deck with stunning beach views to the north. It's perfect for entertaining friends and family. The kitchen is well-equipped for holiday meals, with a dining area seating 10 and a breakfast bar for enjoying morning sun and ocean views. Level 2 also includes two bedrooms with twin singles and a large bathroom with a relaxing bath.

Level 3 features a retreat lounge with TV, and on the eastern-side a master suite with queen bed and ensuite, and on the western-side another master bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Both bedrooms have access to a large deck with stunning views. There is also a business centre/office with printer, and another bedroom with twin singles.

The thoughtful layout of the living areas and bedrooms across two levels makes it perfect holiday choice for families and friends. Enjoy ocean views upstairs while reading, as kids watch TV or relax on the back deck downstairs.

Emerald Beach is a quiet village 20 km north of Coffs Harbour, offering eateries and a bottle shop with groceries. The safe swimming beach is popular among local surfers and ideal for families. It features long or short walks along the Look at Me Now headland, a playground, park BBQ, and ocean pools to explore.

Feel like venturing out to explore the local area? Woolgoolga is a short 10km drive to the north, Moonee Beach, Sapphire Beach and Korora are 8km, 10km and 14km drive respectively down South. Coffs Harbour airport and all the shopping and excitement of Coffs Harbour are all within 20 minutes drive.
