This superb, three-storey, beach front home is located on South Terrace at Wooli. With sweeping views of the Wooli Coast and the Wooli Wooli River, the biggest decision of the day could be which of the four decks you will use first.

The house has been thoughtfully appointed by the owners to ensure your holiday is relaxed and stress-free. Enter the lower level of the home via the front door or double garages, or from the beach-front garden. The lower level is set up as a Studio with open plan bedroom and living areas and an ensuite. The large laundry with an additional fridge/freezer, washer, dryer and ironing facilities is also accessible from here.

A central staircase leads to the middle level of the home which offers decks on either side facing river and ocean. The ocean deck is under-cover with an outdoor table setting for outdoor dining. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean where you can check the surf without leaving bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 on this level, both have river views. This level also contains the main bathroom and a study nook.
The property does not have a working bath.
The top level is for entertaining and more relaxing. The kitchen, dining and living areas have ocean and river views. Both ocean and river decks afford sunny spots with sensational views at any time of the day and there is also a powder room on this level.

Completing the seaside retreat are off-street parking for cars and boats, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, superb gardens and lots of wonderful areas for a quiet read or holiday nap. Perfect.

The home comes with all linen and bath towels, just pack the swimmers and beach towels.

The house accommodates 8 guests (including children) maximum and strictly no pets inside or outside.
