The Space:
This newly renovated summer cottage is the ideal spot for an unforgettable Cape Cod Vacation! Walk into the open concept living room with vaulted ceilings and relax on the couches under plenty of natural light. To your left, you’ll find stairs that lead up to the 2nd floor TV/Lounge room. Open to the living room is a full-equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen with oversized black granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of kitchen supplies--all impeccably organized and well maintained! To the right of the kitchen is a large formal dining table for family meals, or you can choose to walk a few steps further and enjoy a meal at the picnic table in the screened-in sunroom.

Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and matching rustic white shiplap accent walls. At the end of the hall on your left, you’ll find the first of two sparkling clean bathrooms, with a luxurious white tile shower and spacious granite vanity. Straight ahead in the closet, you’ll find an Electrolux stackable Washer & Dryer, and to your right enter the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, his/her matching closets, private en suite bathroom, and a slider that opens up to the deck and patio area.

Enjoy the private neighborhood beach just a short walk down a dirt road, or you can get in your car and take a quick drive to Thumpertown or Kingsbury beach. Other amenities include WiFi, Smart TV with cable, gas grill, dog-friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Lastly, you’ll also be conveniently located close to Eastham favorites like Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Hole in One Donuts, Fairway Family Restaurant, and the Bike Trail!

Perfect Stay

We loved the location, layout, and the furnishings of the house. The interior is very pretty and comfortable, and,while the weather wasn’t perfect, we managed to walk on the beach daily and rode our bikes several times. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful house

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Easy walk to a town beach. Keep on mind there are many stairs at the beach if you have a lot of stuff to bring for little ones.

Great Vacation Home in Eastham with Walk to Beach

The house was exactly as described in the listing. It slept 6 adults comfortably and had an awesome screened porch for relaxing. This house has it all—a grill, a room for reading, washer/dryer, beach chairs, outdoor shower, and more! We were very comfortable and had space to spread out and space to be together. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, great house

We loved our time here! The house was beautiful and incredibly clean. While we didn't eat in much, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The bedrooms offered a comfortable retreat for everyone in the family. I loved spending early mornings reading on the screened in porch or on the beach which was just a 5-7 minute walk away. The house is also a quick bike ride to the CCRT which we enjoyed riding to Arnold's, Coast Guard and Nauset Light beaches and many other places. We absolutely love this spot!

Nice house

Very nice house in a great area. Only issues were they forgot to empty the garbage so the first thing we had to do on vacation was to take out someone else’s garbage. They gave us a credit for cleaning which was appreciated. We also had issues with multiple landscapers at the property on several days. And we asked that they didn’t spray the lawn with chemicals bc of our dog and they still did the day late. Just wish they didnt have to do all that lawn care during the week we had the house.

Peaceful , spacious home in the woods.

This home was exactly as it looks in the advertisement. Immaculate and a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The location on the cape was perfect as we took daily road trips to other towns. Would highly recommend this home to others.

Huge thanks for a blissful stay in Eastham!

We could not have been more delighted by the efficiency of the rental experience, the beauty of the home or the wonderful location. It isn't often that a property rental is more beautiful than the advertised photos but this home far exceeded our expectations. It was a true "wow". The location was glorious; we walked the beach for hours and were rewarded with extraordinary sunsets. In the evening, we sat round the fire pit, star gazing. We absolutely loved the open floor plan, the cook was never excluded from the fun! While we spent very little time indoors, we did enjoy the board games and took advantage of the ample space for relaxation and a bit of yoga. The home was spotlessly clean on our arrival. When I reached out to the management agency for advice, I always received a prompt, friendly and helpful answer. Our only disappointment was having to leave. Absolutely one of our best holidays ever and we're already planning for next year. Thank you for everything.

Super nice, great location, extra clean!

The property was cleaner than any rental I have used in the past. Location was perfect Cape Cod charm - in the woods but just a short walk to Cape Cod Bay. Fast internet, very convenient to everything. Plan to return!

Bliss by the Bay

This was truly one of the loveliest vacation homes we have ever rented. It’s beautifully laid out-open areas where we could be all together and tucked away nooks for peace and quiet. The main bedroom is very spacious with a dressing area and gorgeous bath. The home is meticulously clean and neat. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in. It was mid-October and we didn’t eat out in the screen porch but it must be lovely in the warm weather. The bay beach is just a short walk away. Great location in being close to many places like Provincetown and ocean beaches are not far at all. We were all adults but it would be a nice stay if children were along-mainly one story (there is a loft where the tv is) and the yard is flat. The outdoor shower is very handy. Can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed this home! We would stay here again, no question!

Awesome Week in Eastham

This house is wonderful! Great location, close to the beach in a cute, quiet neighborhood. House is immaculate and nicely decorated. Management company was very attentive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house; quality finishes.

Loved the house and location. Beautiful bathrooms. Only criticism is the twin beds... very noisy and “crackly”. Frypans need to be replaced. Very private and pretty lot.
