With access to the Upper Village pool, an onsite hot tub, and just a short drive to additional amenities, you’ll experience true mountain relaxation.

The condo boasts a heated garage and driveway with space for two cars, along with ample room to store your ski gear. Enjoy the added benefit of free Wi-Fi and access to the large heated indoor and outdoor pool, located just a 5-minute walk or a quick drive away.

Inside, you're welcomed by mountain charm, featuring vaulted ceilings, comfy furnishings, and a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance to the living area. The open-plan kitchen, with its granite countertops, invites you to cook up hearty meals after a day on the slopes. The adjacent dining area has seating for six, creating a great space for family meals or gathering with friends.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The guest bedroom is furnished with a captain's bunk (twin over full), ideal for kids or additional guests. The living room provides a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

Wonderful Location and Stay!

Very nice place but no gym access

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice. Furnishings and layout were very lovely. However, I booked this place in particular because it specifically listed a gym as an amenity on so we paid more than I would have wanted to for this place, expecting this amenity (seems to be rare in Breckenridge). There is no gym access. They did refund a credit of $36, which was nice. But not enough to be worth the headache and expense of going to find a gym somewhere.

Fantastic, well-located, clean, and comfortable apartment!

We had an incredible month at Los Pinos. The attached garage was perfect since we had multiple bikes with us, the apartment was spacious and exactly as advertised, the Dyson vacuum made cleaning up after our three young daughters much easier, and the place was priced very fairly. We had one tiny issue with the icemaker that was fixed promptly, and all our communications with the management team were great. They even sent us a few ideas for 4th of July activities with kids! I'd recommend this property without hesitation, and would love to stay here again the next time we return to Breck. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very cozy and nice

I really enjoyed this property. It was just the right size. Our Nissan Armada was very tight in the garage, but did fit. The management responded quickly to any small issue. We enjoyed this property a lot and would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Pinos. It had a great location, was close to two lifts, and had all the amenities you could want for a ski trip.

Clean and Great Location

Condo was very clean and cozy. Location is awesome. Snowflake chair is <5mins walking/skiing down hill from condo. ~20min walk to get into downtown Breck. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall a great experience.

Cute, clean, good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean upon arrival, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. There were humidifiers available for use and the entry way had plenty of room for us to put our boots. The master bed was super comfortable. The door codes worked great. Our rental car was a full size SUV and didn't fit in the garage but there was plenty of space in the driveway. Radiant floor heating felt wonderful and warm. We used both the hot tub and pool access. One of the pool jacuzzis didn't work and the womens shower had no hot water. Also the locker locks were broken. Those are managed by the HOA so not the fault of the rental agency.Just a couple of improvement suggestions. The master fitted sheets didn't fit well and needed to repeatedly be fixed during the night but kept coming off. Because the unit is radiant floor heating there is no HVAC system. Typically this means no fresh air exchanger on the unit, ie, no fresh air comes in from the outside to replace the indoor stale air. Several of us found it difficult to breathe inside and we had to crack a window or door to get fresh air in. In freezing temperatures this didn't feel great but breathing seemed more important than cold. We do have asthmatics in the family and it did not bother everyone. The master TV internet was intermittent. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. We were using streaming services. I can't speak for the Dish TV they had because we didn't use it.Overall, we were happy with the unit and sad to leave Breckenridge. Knowing what we know now, we might still choose to stay here again because it is a cute, comfortable, clean unit in a good location. All the info management provided was accurate and worked.

Cozy Stay, Slow Check-in Communication

Nice weekend stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both downstairs, kitchen and living on main floor. Basic furnishings, a bit dated but classic cabin decor. Appreciated the extra fleece blankets, heated floor and timed fireplace. Kitchen adequately stocked with utensils, 2 coffee makers and Brita water filter. Hot tub was extra hot and good sized. Other reviewers mentioned toilet repair. Seemed a simple fix with chain, but still wasn’t resolved. Forced us to use one bathroom for the weekend. Downside, check in email didn’t arrive (checked spam) and communication was slow with the manager.

Reviewer Comments: Really nice place, great rockers on the small deck looking at woods; you have to go downstairs for bathrooms and bedrooms Everything was in great shape except for the master bathroom - the tub badly needs caulking ab d their appears to be black mold on it. Saw an ant climb out of the cracks and had insects and a spider in the tub daily. Otherwise it was really nice!

Nice but could use some replacements

Our stay was fine. Beds were comfortable and location was good. No air conditioning made it uncomfortable one day when it was 78 degrees. They need new pans. The toilet seat was broken upon arrival but was fixed within a few hours. The place could use an update soon, if not now. Decent price for what was given. Overall nice stay.
