Handicapped accessible ranch style home with all the comforts of home. Wifi - SMART TV with all local channels and Streaming Apps for sign in. New interior decor with easy access to I-35, Derby, Spirit Aerospace, and McConnell AFB. This home has a full 3 beds, an office workspace, covered parking and is nestled in a quiet southern Wichita Neighborhood.

The temperature was easily adjustable for our needs.the house was clean.however most blinds were broken,the gsrbage dispposal did not work. There were 5 dining room chairs and one and of them, the supporting braces was lose. The sidewall was covered with leaves.

Great place to stay!!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row for the NAIA college wrestling championships. It is a great place to stay with everythining there is to do in Wichita within 20 minutes. Stores and resturants within a few blocks.

We were a party of 6 senior citizens. Having a ramp and handicapped showers was wonderful! The cleaning crew could have done a better job. We felt this property is a work and progress and would stay again if improvements made. Very easy to communicate with host, and willing to accommodate if needed. ( It turned out that we didn't need to lengthen stay. )

Great place to stay, plenty of room. Each room has it s own bathroom so getting ready was easy with no waiting on a bathroom. Plan on staying here for our next trip to Wichita!

The condenser went down on the AC earlier in the week. We have it scheduled to be replaced. I’m very sorry if it was hot.

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The interior is a little dated, but it was clean and inviting. It does need some deep cleaning done both inside and outside.

This was our second stay here and would stay again. Pros:* A lot of space! Good for multiple people. So much storage space and a big home. Love the big walk in closet. Great to have so many bathrooms.*Has what you need and all the basics. Nice to have the washer and dryer.*Good for someone who is disabled. Not all places are and this is a good choice of you have someone in your party who is elderly or disabled.*Comfortable and affordable* Nice and responsive host.Needs/Cons:*The home could use some time and care. All blinds are broken. Furniture in the living room is old and stained and not very inviting to spend much time there.*Needed to get some air fresheners as the place had a bit of a smell. Not a big deal but it was noticeable.*The yard and exterior could use some love, but not a dealbreaker.The pros definitely make this place worth it. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. Recommend if you need an assessible place or a lot of room.

Excellent handicapped accessible jouse

Property owner was quite helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice open spaces for visiting with friends and family. Lights were a bit glitchy- flickering on and off. Property was very clean. Overall, a great place to stay.

House was clean at a glance. However, smell of cigarettes filled the house, window blinds were broken or missing slats, vents registers were dirty, lightbulbs burnt out, cob webs in corners stains on furniture, water damage on walls, cigarette butts and water in bbq grill, dishes we're chiped and dirty, door screen torn out of its frame, siding on the side of the house separating from the structer, gutters had stuff growing out of them. Also the door leading out of the master bed room to the back yard, had a huge spider on its web. We closed the door and left it there. I took a 34 min video of the whole house upon arrival and I have more pictures to up load as well. This house has so much potential but it needs a thorough 100% good old fashion GI Party to clean, sanitiz, and repair all damages. The pictures on line are very miss leading.

It was a cute little home.

The home was very clean and nice. The only thing is that the north room with the large bathroom got very cold at night. I grabbed the blanket off a bed that was not being used. We couldn't find extra blankets for at night. Otherwise everything was fine.

Getting out of town

We met with friends we hadn't seen since before covid. We wanted good space & a location that was good for getting around town. This property has both. Good bedding, but you might want to bring your pillows. The house is old, but had been a bit updated. Furniture for sitting is limited & there was no cable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Jeremiah was great to work with.

Checking in and home not ready…

I arrived 15 min early and the cleaners were still cleaning. The cleaning lady, was sweet and explained the other people were late leaving. I waited and at 3pm they still were cleaning. They asked if they could leave the towels in the dryer, I agreed. I left and was notified at 3:20 it was ready. 20 min late! Jeremiah emailed, “It’s done , only 20 min late. The garbage can was at the curb and overfilled, boxes on the curbs next to it. Cleaners put the new bag of garbage on the ground and critters got into it at night. Upon entering the house, the smell of cleaning supplies was overpowering and too strong. It did not dissipate giving me a headache. The home was very dated (retro) but clean and spacious. The outside was not kept up, leaves and garbage in yard, on steps. The back deck not well maintained either. The neighborhood while ultimately safe, made me ( a single women) uncomfortable at times.

Keep Looking!

We have been renting homes from Vrbo and other sites for a few years now. My Wife and I have been in the Hospitality Industry, for a combined 40+ years, as uper managment. So when I say this was the worst experiance we have ever had, with a rental property, I do not say it lightly. First, the pictures look much better than the actual house. Items have been moved or gone since they were taken. Multiple blinds were broken. All the walls had cracks, markings, other damages or all of the above. There were two areas where bugs were smashed on the wall and left. Multiple spiders visited us during our short stay as well. There were random wires hanging out of the ceiling in a couple of spots. Missing smoke detectors. Stains on a toilet and carpet. Scratched up flooring all over. Two skillets with grease and water found in oven. Bleached towels. Cheap single ply toilet paper. Broken lamps and furniture. None of the doors closed properly. Ceiling shows signs of leaking in multiple areas. Back patio was not maintained. The longer I was there the more I noticed. I informed the renter and let him know the poor state of the home was in. His responses prove he needs much training in customer service and problem resolutions. I will say it again, keep looking, and definitely do not waste your money here.

This guy went off on us, I offered him a refund and he stayed anyway. Now he trolls us. This review is an outlier for sure. Do your research.

Just what we were looking for

This property provided plenty of space for everyone, while also offering nice gathering seating for meals and in the living space. Nothing fancy but clean with convenient off street parking.
