This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers comfort, style, and privacy just steps from the beach. The primary ensuite features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Enjoy the spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with updated countertops, modern appliances, and a private screened lanai perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

For your convenience, the villa includes three large flat-screen TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our Villa 29 experience. Check in was simple and easy, the villa was clean and modern. We had friends staying in other villas and we met several times in the common area for pizza and wine. We loved the fact that we had a private beach that was beautiful and uncrowded.

We've never rented a beach house before and were recommend here by close friend.We were not disappointed. Our unit was remodeled, spacious and right by the pool. Only steps away from the beach. We bought groceries which helped for quick breakfast and lunches. Restaurant, shops were all walking distance. Anything further just hop on the trolley. I highly recommended Island Beach House and can't wait for our next trip!

Tastefully decorated!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in villa 29. The unit was so modern. Made me want to go home and remodel. We were very comfortable. Loved the shower and vanity in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, however, the bed frame needed something to prop it up , felt like my head was sinking. The only negatives. You should have a Keurig and supply dish soap, hand soap and at least 1 roll of paper towels. I loved they beach access, not crowded and lots of it! It was nice too that beach loungers were available! The grounds were lovely. Well taken care of shrubbery and paver stones. Well lit for night time.
