Upstairs, the double sliding doors open to a glass-fronted balcony with views across the beautiful dunescapes to Zeally Bay and the horizon line. Looking along the coast from the upper level balcony, some of Torquay’s most iconic sites can be enjoyed, from the Angling Club at Fisho’s Beach, to the distant Norfolk Pines...

The spacious open plan living with split system heating & cooling, incorporates a well-equipped kitchen and meals area for 4 people. The immaculately clean kitchenette has high-quality appliances including electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee plunger.
This room takes full advantage of the view to Torquay’s foreshore, landscape & ocean. Relax in the lounge room with a good book on two comfortable lounges, watch a movie or chill out on the balcony and do nothing but enjoy the views.
An additional area downstairs has a Weber BBQ & garden setting for alfresco meals. Don’t feel like cooking? Do as locals do, and take a stroll to The Salty Dog Café for your morning coffee and a bite to eat! Carry on and discover all the eateries and the Gilbert St shopping precinct.
The apartment is fully self-contained, with 2 carpeted bedrooms downstairs accommodating up to 4 guests - beautifully appointed with luxury white hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The bathroom has a large shower, stone benchtop and toilet, plus a washing machine for guests to use.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with built-in robes & enjoys sea breezes from the east. A 2nd bedroom has 2 Single beds and both bedrooms have electric wall heaters.

Our property comprises 2 Apartments positioned side by side, they are completely individual, separate and fully self contained.
Guests have full access to their own apartment.
Each apartment has 1 car park space which is off street directly in front of apartment.
The BBQ area is shared between the 2 apartments. You may see your neighbors when on the Balcony. See photos.

Our beautiful local beaches start literally across the road, with family friendly patrolled swimming & surfing in summer months, less than 1km away.
Jan Juc Beach & all the reef breaks towards Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers. Surfboard hire available in Bell St.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the boardwalks and pathways.
Windsurfing and Kite Surfing off Point Danger, and swimming, snorkelling, & fishing all off Torquay beaches.

Enjoy leisurely walks along Torquay’s beautiful beaches: Fisherman’s Beach, Whites Beach, Torquay Front beach (Cosy Corner) and Torquay Back beach (surf beach). Walk to shopping centre along beach; the stairs at Fisherman’s Beach cliffs will take you up to shopping centre. For longer walks continue from Torquay back beach along track through cliff edges to Jan Juc beach then even further all the way to Bells Beach and beyond.

Superb location, On The Esplanade apartments are only a leisurely walk away from Torquay shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, boutiques or a short drive to golf courses and of course Torquay’s world renowned surf beaches.
Torquay is the official start point and gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Enjoy day trips along the Great Ocean Road to explore the beautiful coastline and coastal townships.
‘On The Esplanade’ is only a 20 minutes drive away from Geelong city centre, and an 80 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD.

Our property has been dually designed as a home for our family along with 2 apartment for guests to enjoy the beautiful Torquay beach coastline.
Guests enter their fully self contained apartment from beach front road 'The Esplanade' allowing guest their own space to come and go as they please without interaction.
Our entry is completely separate and private from the Apartments, creating a happy environment for all to enjoy there privacy.
