As you enter the home you will walk right into the open floor plan, which is great for gathering the whole family. The living area is the perfect place to gather and unwind, featuring plush leather seating and a cinematic viewing experience while the chef of your party whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. They will have everything they need to create a famous family recipe. Dine as a family at the formal dining area which has seating for up to 8 guests. There is additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. If fun in the sun is what you're looking for, head through the doors to your private back patio!

There are 2 master suites with king-size beds, each with an ensuite bathroom and TV, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The custom-designed kid's bedrooms will wow kids of all ages! Your little ones will save the day in the superhero-themed bedroom with three amazing bunk beds; full over full, twin over twin, and a twin over full. Princesses can get their beauty rest in the fairytale french village bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. Each kid's room has a reading nook.

At the head of the stairs is the loft area! Travel to Las Vegas in this room with a pool table, wet bar, and spacious sofa. Want the experience of the cinema without leaving your home? Head into the home movie theater! Sit back and enjoy a movie on the projection screen in one of the 8 leather recliner chairs. In the mood to play games instead? Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
