The main floor of this expansive property includes an open concept living/kitchen/sunroom area with direct access to the deck overlooking your private pool and the lake. You will find two bedrooms on the main level one King with bath en suite and access to the sunroom providing fantastic views of the lake. The second bedroom is a Full that is alongside a hall bath. On the lower level of this incredible home is a unique Captainâs Quarters bedroom with both a King bed and twin trundle bed adjacent to the media room with comfortable sectional and 60 inch flatscreen TV. This level also encompasses another King bedroom both having access to patio and fire pit area.
The private dock with party deck provides for access to docking your boat, or you can rent a boat just across the cove. Bridgewater Plaza is within easy distance by road and water and Halesford Bridge makes for an active view. Mango's live music can be heard on your own deck. With the over 500 miles of shoreline Smith Mountain Lake has to explore, Paradise is right in the thick of lake life! Note that the pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighborsâ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.

This house is simply lovely! Plenty of space for family to unwind alone without feeling on top of each other and/or enjoy each others company. Would definitely visit here again.
The check-in to our weekend stay was very bumpy. We did not receive the appropriate information from the property manager company in a timely manner and when we received it we were not supported in troubleshooting last minute linen service.
We contacted the linen service company and they got us linen within the hour.
Despite the first impression we loved the stay. The home is peaceful, comfortable and a lovely place to spend time with the little ones.
