This 4 bed, 3 bath home is located In one of the best and safest greater Orlando gated communities, Solana Resort. Conveniently only 15 minutes from Disney and very close to all attractions, shopping, golfing, restaurants/bars, movie theatres etc. The home features a private screened in pool with spa and all the amenities needed for your vacation. Full Kitchen, washer and dryer are on site. At the same time, you will have access to the beautiful Solana Resort amenities as well including, large resort style pool and hot tubs, fitness centre, mini putt, pickle ball and plenty of other on site activities for guests. You will not be disappointed, as this property is close enough to everything you could want or need to keep you busy, but will offer the ability to relax away from the busy areas.

Please Note: There will be a separate rate premium applied depending on the time of year of your booking. This fee is a $250/stay for high season. This would apply to popular holiday stays like Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE. However, that will be discussed and finalized at the time of booking. It will not be added automatically.

Great Vacation House

We have stayed at this House multiple times and its always clean and inviting. The pool and spa were great and the house has everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. We will definitly be booking here again.

Great home & location!

Great location outside the busy area of the theme parks but close enough to be there in 30ish minutes. Plenty of space to relax, pool & hot tube were so nice. We had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked with items for cooking, eating & morning coffee/tea. Beds were comfortable, on the firmer side but still slept great! Definitely would stay here again & recommend to others.

Great stay

This house met all our needs it was a gated quiet community. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what was needed plus extra spices in cupboard. The pool was heated for us and the hot tub got quite warm. There are privacy panels around the pool which is imperative. The house lacked nothing We would stay again

Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay in Solana. The heated pool and spa were beautiful. We spent alot of time at the house and it afforded us hours of fun ad relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare several meals at home. The location is perfect close to local attractions! One thing I would change is the living room seating The house sleeps 8, but the living room only sat 5 comfortably.

Great house and Location

We had such a great stay at this house. Loved having the pool and hot tub in the back yard and access to the center which had a larger pool, tiki bar and workout room. Had an issue with the pool, but it was fixed right away. Awesome to know that they were concerned with our stay and willing to fix things immediately. Would definitely stay again!

2020 Florida Christmas Vacation

Upon first approach the house looks very nice from the outside. Shrubs were trimmed Entry was clean etc.. The interior layout is good as the bedrooms are split nicely and sufficient bathrooms are also placed appropriately. Great kitchen, nook, living room, and dining room open plan also as many nice Florida plans are. Also nice lanai with pool and hot tub .. Our family rents vacation homes a lot and this one fared quite well

2022 Christmas Vacation

We have stayed at this house many times before, but this is the first with the new owners. We noticed many new upgrades (new washer and dryer, new bedding, keurig coffe maker, patio furniture, lots of kitchen cookware) and overall have no complaints. We will definitely book again. The pool and spa were clean and toasty warm. This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Thanks again!

You won’t be disappointed with this home!! 10/10

Stayed with a friend for 10 days. The house is EXACTLY as described. The kitchen is stocked better than mine, lol. We didn’t need to buy anything in the way of supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc) The pool and spa were as hot as promised and worked flawlessly. We did get a very small bit of green on the wall of the pool which was resolved with one phone call. The “pool guy” arrived within 30 minutes and cleaned it, checking back the next day as well. Excellent service. Beds were comfortable and indoor and outdoor furniture plentiful and comfortable. Lots of extras we didn’t need but would certainly be helpful for families. Pack n play, pool floats, toys, games etc. Hoping to go back next year. You won’t be disappointed with this home! The only reason the location got a 4/5 is because we are “shoppers” and although there are lots of stores they are spread out, requiring a fair bit of driving, lol.

It was amazing host was wonderful respond to all needs immediately the bed was hard in king room when getting on but the sleep surprisingly wasn't bad at all would definitely stay again. We stayed November 4th thru the 9th and pool was very comfortable

Our stay at the Solana Resort in Davenport, Florida.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at this VRBO. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything you needed and grocery stores, restaurants… were close by. The private hot tub and pool were awesome. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the king size bed was very uncomfortable.

just what we needed

This is such a cute property located in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Both, the owner and the property manager are phenomenal. Both times that I contacted them during the stay, they responded immediately or within five minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Although we made frequent visits to Disney (almost daily) and Legoland (twice), we found it nice to stay in a quaint area with a personal pool. Also, the community area is simple, but fun. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Kept the kids occupied

Home interior & furnishings are dated but who cares, there’s a pool & game room which kept the kids occupied so adults could relax after long days. Basketball hoop was broken so should be removed from online pics. Had some ants despite keeping everything clean while we were there but again no big deal. I had read something about uncomfortable beds but the master was comfortable & none of the kids complained. We’d definitely stay again. Good location with easy access to everything.

Thanks Sharon, for your review! We purchased this home in September, during COVID (we are in Canada), so haven’t been able to get down to update the interior and redecorate. We do have plans for completely updating the home. The mattresses have been replaced, so I’m glad you found them comfortable! Our last guests had the doors open a lot, which likely let ants in (it’s common in Florida). Next time, let me know and we will have a bug guy over to spray right away :) You were great guests and we would love to host you anytime!

We live in Canada and have not had a chance to actually get to the home ourselves since purchasing due to border closures amidst the covid 19 pandemic. We have been offering the home for vacation rentals since we took ownership and it has been steadily booked. You are the first guest to mention anything about the beds being uncomfortable. We appreciate your honesty and take our guest reviews and feedback very seriously. We will be replacing all the mattresses in the bedrooms ASAP. Thanks again and hope you enjoyed your vacation.

Amazing family friendly and neighborhood

This property was very clean and spacious and cozy. Communication was very prompt. The neighbor was the highlight of our trip and we couldn't be more pleased with the neighborhood and what it had to offer. Our kids want to come back and stay again.
