What a lovely stay with our family! The house is clean, and spacious with well appointed features. The sunroom facing the Lilly pond was my favorite. The neighborhood itself was cozy and tucked away but close to all conveniences. We even walked to the boardwalk from our location! I would highly recommend and return for another vacation.

The property was wonderful. Clean and exactly as pictured. Some confusion on check out time as the cleaners arrived at 10 am and we were instructed that checkout was 11. But thankfully we were mostly ready to leave by 10. Overall a great stay and gracious host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time at the beach

Everything was as advertised, no surprises. The check-in process was smooth. The 4 other people staying with me were happy. Pat, the property manager was great, very responsive, we had an issue with the wi-fi but it was very quickly worked out. All in all a great weekend. I would stay here again.

Summer Vacation 22

Great first experience! The entire process was smooth, from check in to departure. I appreciated being able to communicate with the owner when I had a question. The kids were glad to have access to a closet with beach gear as we were not able to bring absolutely everything with us! We loved the area and can’t wait to visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay in this townhouse in Rehoboth Beach. It was conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping, and a short 6-10 min drive to beaches and attractions. The house was equipped with everything we needed - cooking, beach, pool, tennis, activities. Our kids especially loved the community pool, playing tennis, and with all the toys/games in the house. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and Pat was friendly and efficient in helping us with our requests. We would definitely return for future visits!

Excellent Getaway

This location was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. 6 adults were comfortably accommodated for a weekend. The home was equipped with everything we could need and more. The owner communicated all expectations and instructions clearly for a seamless check in and out process. For those ambitious folks, it's close enough to walk to downtown Rehoboth. We stayed right before the season got busy so it was quiet in the neighborhood and we had a lot of privacy. We absolutely recommend this property for any length of stay in the area!

RB Townhouse

Pros: Good community Pack and Play included Sunroom is beautiful Cons: Master shower had mildew on shower curtain Extra blankets were not laundered and were visibly dirty. They needed to be washed before we slept in the beds. HVAC was inconsistent. Downstairs was very cool and upstairs was very hot, even after adjusting the vents. SIDE NOTE: Please keep in mind linens are NOT included in the rental. This includes sheets, towels, and washcloths, etc. This is very challenging when traveling with a family. We had a whole extra suitcase with just linens.

Hi Brandon, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We are sorry to hear you were less than thrilled with your stay! We do everything we can to make sure our guests have a great experience. -We let all of our guests know well in advance of their stay that we don't provide linens during the winter, and we confirmed this with you personally. We agree that providing linens is a great addition but knowing the challenges of finding a reliable linen service over the winter in this area, our mindset is if we can't deliver the best service, we cannot in good consciousness offer it. -We called you to address your concerns and let you know that we always welcome feedback. -We would have sent our property manager over to the house with the clean blankets that we have in storage, had we been notified of your concern early on in your stay. -We also let you know we cleaned the house thoroughly, the shower curtain included. We would have sent our cleaning team over to address any concerns with the shower curtain. Both problems could easily have been addressed immediately. -We acknowledged that the upstairs temperature was a known issue, that we had our heating and A/C company come to the house but they stated there was nothing wrong. We take great pride in offering a welcoming, clean, safe, and relaxing environment. We value all of our guests and are as responsive as possible to their needs."

Great experience and very clean place to stay. Plenty of space, host was very accommodating and great with communication. The condo is in a private area and within walking distance of many nice restaurants and outlets.

Great House Great Time!

Had a wonderful stay in Rehobeth at this great house. Close to shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach. Loved the access to the pool. Would definitely recommend to families, group of friends etc. was cozy but spacious inside.

WONDERFUL place to stay in Rehoboth!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Found! We have a family of 5 and this home was perfect for our family! The check in process was smooth and easy. The home and furnishings are all well-kept, modern and comfortable. My favorite spot was the sunroom in the early mornings and in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked for those who want to cook. The beds were all comfortable, which is important on vacation! The community pool is a short walk and was perfect for our time not at the beach! Upon arrival we were greeted with a cookie gift box and a move-in welcome bag which was helpful since we forgot toothpaste! The host was wonderful with communicating prior to our vacation and even during our vacation. We were comforted that if needed, assistance was close by and swift. All in all, Paradise Found is a great home for a Rehoboth Beach get-away!

GREAT PLACE

Super clean, spacious, sun room is amazing to work in, read or just hang out. Owner is accessible, friendly and will give advice on anything you ask for. If shopping is your thing, the outlets are just 5 minutes away. Will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the beaches!!

We needed a short getaway and found this property available and I am so glad that it was! It is a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops - very convenient.

Great place in a fantastic location

Pat's place looks exactly as it does in the photos, absolutely immaculate. The decor is familiar and made us feel right at home. There were plenty of board games to play and some beach gear available to use if you had forgotten something behind. Two pools are very close to the house for when the kids have had enough of the beach and there are two restaurants a short walk away, both of which we tried. You can be on the Rehoboth boardwalk, Dewey and the State Park beaches in less than ten minutes.. 10/10 would recommend and will book again in the future!
