Firstly, I'd like to sincerely apologise that your experience fell below both your expectations and the standard that Bachcare aims to provide. We appreciate how disappointing it must have been to look forward to a relaxing break away and then encounter a number of issues during your stay. The concerns you raised regarding the heating, the condition and comfort of the beds, the odour in one of the bedrooms, evidence of mice within the property, and the overall cleanliness of the home have all been taken seriously. We understand how these issues, particularly when experienced together, would have had a significant impact on your comfort and enjoyment of the property. Since receiving your feedback, we have been working directly with both the property management team and the owners. They have taken your comments on board and are actively addressing the matters raised to bring the property back up to the standard expected by both our guests and Bachcare. While this does not change the experience you had during your stay, I hope it provides some reassurance that your feedback has been heard and is helping to drive improvements at the property.
