Comprising 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2x 65" TVs, powder room and heated pool.

Downstairs you have a fantastic entertaining lounge/bar (perfect escape for teenagers or adults alike) and upstairs is the hub of the home with an open plan kitchen that has been stylishly remodelled.

The dining and lounge flow out to an attractive entertaining area complete with a large inground pool. The fully fenced back yard provides a spacious safe place for children to play.

One of the best neighbourhoods in Rotorua. Unfortunately we're not able to cater for parties and loud music as this is a residential neighborhood.

Awesome base to head out to do all the things Rotorua has to offer, Heated pool was great to keep the kids entertained (quite deep - so recommend life jacket or float armbands for the littles or not so good swimmers) lovely home in a nice quiet area

Beautiful place

We had the most amazing stay here, everything was exactly like the pictures but better in real life. Couldn’t fault one thing, so happy with our choice of accomodation whilst in Rotorua. My kids lived in the pool and was sad when we had to leave. 10/10 for everything

Great home

Enjoyed our stay, was close to the league event we attended over the 3days. Wet weather but we still made use of the thermal pool which was great and the washing machine & dryer was a bonus Beds are so comfortable and house large and spacious for our booking of 8 Communication with the host on point, always a quick response Lovely stay and will recommend for large families

Great pool

Enjoyed staying here with my family including 2 young children. The pool was great and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms and room overall for everyone. Would stay again. Regarding the accuracy of the listing - outdoor furniture such as pool loungers not there and it would have been nice to have something to lounge on beside the pool. Regarding cleanliness of the property - the property was cleaned well but there was a very full skip bin on the driveway which was unappealing and there were no bin liners to but rubbish in.

Family of 10

Easy access and a beautiful home, however there was a few things that were disappointing. First off the beds, we had 10 of us and the pull out couch bed when tried to use had a leg missing which we could not use😔 the beds were quiet hard so a few of us opted to sleep on the floor, we were notified a day before our check in the main bathroom shower door had been broken by previous guest which left us using our own personal towels as floor mats when shower was being used, as the downstairs shower was quiet small and did fill up when used once. There was rubbish behind the bed couch down stairs and the kitchen cupboards especially the pot cupboard had not been wiped down and was oily and i am guessing blackish grim from pots that had been stored in this cupboard. And the big rubbish bin outside in the driveway had a really bad smell which was not nice. We spent most of our time out and about, the pool was a big hit for our 3 young ones and 3 teens.

I have nothing good to say about this home. The pictures are woefully out of date and in worse condition than shown. I booked this home for myself and my partner for 2 nights to take advantage of the pool and left early. The bathrooms weren't clean, the mirrors splashed with what looked like spit, and both bathrooms and showers looking very dirty. The pool which was was damaged, appeared to be very dirty. So while it was warm enough to use, I couldn't bring myself to do that. We moved to 2 different rooms because the 1st was dirty and musty, and before bed we found cockroaches. That's when we decided to go, but it was midnight, so left when we woke. I sent the owner a message in the morning and left. I explained what happened and requested a refund for one night, feeling that was generous to pay half ($500) for a single night under the circumstances. After we left, my partner told me he didn't want to upset me more but there were ants in addition to cockroaches. Over a day later, I finally heard back from the owner. He asked why I didn't reach out (I did first thing) but didn't hear back. Plus what could he do to make it better? Absolutely nothing. We are talking bugs, not needing extra towels. I responded with pictures and he has been silent ever since. Please do not book this house if you want a clean relaxing trip. You will not get it! I offered to wait to submit this as a partial refund would go a long way to a better ending, but no reply has come.

Me and a few friends were actually the first to stay in this property. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for some time🥴 🥰From the moment we booked and arrived to the moment we left, everything was amazing. Communication was good👍The house..All essentials included plus more. The house inside and out was spotless and beautiful..prices are at a good price. highly recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed.
