Welcome to Kyarra,

This modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is hidden on the Aireys hill with seriously sensational views out over the Painkalac, Fairhaven Beach and beyond.

Enjoy being walking distance from the shops, including the General Store, cafes, restaurants and beaches.

Time for a little yoga retreat? We are spoilt with great yogis on the Surf Coast. Let us know if you need a recommendation.

The master bedroom with ensuite boasts those same unique views and is privately situated on one side of the living areas. The main kitchen, lounge and dining space is light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline creates a sense of space. The open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating system, which makes Kyarra the perfect place for a winter escape.

Double glazing ensures a quiet and restful stay. With WiFi and desks in 2 of the large, bright bedrooms, there is plenty of opportunity to combine 'working from home' with and an after work surf or walk along the cliff top, or a relaxing drink on the deck overlooking the magnificent coastline.

Kyarra is surrounded by beautiful green grass, ideal for the kids to run around on while you make the most of the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Just a stunning property that meets all expectations and some. Views are stunning. Clean. Great for all age groups. Stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always equally wonderful. Delightful owners and great team around them.

Great location

The property has a great view and kitchen in a terrific location but it is lacking a lot of basic maintenance. Door handles fall off, bathroom doors don't lock, showers suck, lights flicker, doors get stuck and the beds and pillows are pretty poor quality and hard as hell. I loved the location but wouldn't recommend this particular property.

Heavenly stay at Aireys Inlet

We absolutely loved our time at Kyarra the house and outdoor area were amazing and located right next to the pub! short walk to the lighthouse and beach it was awesome. Highlight of the trip was the huge window with a view out to the beach sunsets were sublime.

Great location

Close to shops and skate park. Walking distance to the pub! House had lots of room and lovely garden surroundings. It was hard to keep warm, but we appreciated the owners giving us a call and some tips. Overall a really good stay.

Exceptional

We booked as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The property was much more impressive in real life than expressed in the photos- there was ample space, it was very comfortable and perfectly clean. I would highly recommend.
