Had a wonderful stay in Telluride. The space was great for our group of 6 to gather over making meals and spread out for relaxing/sleeping. The hot tub on site was a wonderful perk. Would recommend this rental!

Very cute Anna comfortable!

Very nice, cute and clean condo. Our only complaint was the upstairs tub/shower only trickled water out and the sink drain was broken (shut) so it didn’t drain water very fast. We both had to use the downstairs shower. First world problems, I know, but after paying a bit more for two bathrooms, it’s was a disappointment.

Telluride, Telluride, Telluride! Amazing!

Telluride, Telluride, Telluride! What an amazing place! This condo, is everything you could picture for a stay in Telluride. Pristine mountain decorations with upscale finishes and plenty of room to feel comfortable. The host has went out of their way to make and answer every question, before you even arrive. I have stayed in a LOT of VRBO's in Summit County, CO however none with a host this accommodating. While the building is 30+ years old, and some of the door ways are narrow, this was not an issue given the overall experience. The overflow parking right across the street! The river trail was easily accessible. You can walk to the grocery store and town! The only heads up I would give future renters, and these are outside of the host control, is this: #1 - the parking garage is low, so if you have an SUV with a Thule (or similar car top storage) you will need to park on the street. #2 The unit has no elevator if you are in a wheel chair, I would opt to stay in a ADA compliant building. Again, the host has no control over that. We can't wait to go back next year!

Beautiful, Up-to-Date 3 Story Condo

Everything went smoothly from the moment I booked this condo. The pictures are a good reflection of the condo property. Everything was up-to-date (kitchen and bathrooms) and the home was maintained well. Everything looked clean and it felt very homely when inside. Full payment was required at the time of booking, which is the only reason I did not give this property 5 stars. I'm not sure if this varies with the time of the rental is made or if this is something the owner requires. After booking the condo, the owner contacted me thanking for booking with them and they would follow up with me before the trip. Amount a month before my trip, the owner's provided details that included what can be found within the condo (towels, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen dishes, skis to be used in the winter, pool items for the summer, etc.) and things to do in town. Access codes were provided about a week prior and the owners also included the same details in the original email sent me to (things to do and items in the home). The owners texted me day of arrival to ensure check-in went smoothly and advised if there were any issues, I could text or email them if there were any issues. We had one issue with the parking space. We did not put up the lock pole and someone else parked there. I contacted the owners and they provided immediate assistance. I believe her email response was within an hour of my issue. If ever traveling to this beautiful mountain town, I would recommend staying here. The condo is located near the edge of town, but since Telluride is so small, you can walk everywhere (if you can handle the elevation change!)

One thing I would like to let you and our future guests know that we do not require full payment up in front; payment can be split into up to 3 installments. Such default setting (one time or split payment; damage insurance or refundable deposit) can always be changed upon request. Telluride is now our favorite mountain, and our host was wonderful

Telluride is an incredible mountain to ski - with massive wide open terrain for all levels of skiers. The Rocky Mountains are unreal to behold. We loved the town, and really liked the people. The mountain has the most amazing places to dine, have a glass of wine at 11,000 feet, or sit on adirondack chairs and sip a cocktail made in an authentic ranch hut built in the 1800's. We have wonderful meals here, and had a great time. Our condo was well equipped for us and the other couple who joined us. It was bright, airy and very clean. The recent remodel is very attractive and comfortable. Our host had done a very nice job of providing all basic needs for our trip. I'm giving this a 4 star though am torn. Because we travel often and appreciate the conveniences of vacation rental homes, I seek truth in reviews, and could have given this a 3 star because of the facility itself. Please know that I believe our host did everything she could to make our stay nice. She was very responsive and provided welcome and check in instructions a week before our arrival which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the condominium facility public spaces were run down. The hot tub was not working 2 of the 3 days we were there, and the 1 day it was functioning, it was 99 degrees - freezing considering it was 14 outside and blustery. (We only stay in homes with hot tubs for apres-ski, so this may be a bigger deal for us than for other guests). We also struggled with the floor plan. Because the master/king bed room didn't have it's own bath, we had to walk up the stairs to use the toilet. This was more difficult for us than it would have been in another town, but the altitude took some getting used to for us. That said, Telluride is a pricey town, and this was a fair price for 4 people to stay.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue with the hot-tub. The hot-tub is also one of the reasons we bought this condo, and I can understand your frustration. I only wish I had been informed of this issue while you stayed... Our HOA replaced the hot-tub a little over year ago, and it is relatively new, so it is unfortunate it was not working for part of your stay. With regard to the bathroom, there is a door to the room next to the bathroom which allows use of the bathroom without disturbing those staying in that room. The way we have handled this is to share the downstairs bathroom between whoever is staying in the 2 downstairs rooms. We do this partly because the downstairs bathroom is a bit nicer, as it has an enclosed shower. Again, thank you for staying with us and sorry about the hot-tub issue. I wish I had a chance to make up for it...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for both downhill ski/snowboarding (steps to Lift 7) and extensive Nordic trail system right across the street. Super easy to walk or grab free shuttle into town too. Beds were comfortable and nice touches like laundry soap, basic spices & cooking oils, tea, sugar and cocoa provided. Realize that night not be for everyone but I have faith enough in humanity to share these basics with strangers. Nice soaps and shampoos provided too. Management was super responsive, accommodating and helpful. Parking was tight for our big rental but convenient. Couple minor misses were very low water pressure in the showers, a dirty coffee pot (previous guests filter/grounds were left for us which was disappointing given the $450 cleaning fee) and we were a little disappointed to find that the master bedroom shared a bathroom with the smaller bedroom, that was captured in the smaller bedroom, on the lower level. That may have been explained somewhere but it wasn’t obvious until we arrived. Not the end of the world, but a little unusual. Did not use the pool or hot tub, but like many ski condos you can hear folks using those outdoor facilities talking, etc. Overall clean, comfortable and convenient. Would recommend.

Communication with Vivid couldn't have been better! On the edge of town but Galloping Goose runs right by so its very easy to catch a ride into town. Kids loved the sleeping in the loft area. Whole fam loved the hot tub and pool. Decently stocked kitchen though could've used more hand towels, paper towels, and foil. A few more pillows, linens and blankets would've been great too for kiddos sleeping on pull out beds in the loft. All in all, a great stay!

Shower door in lower floor would not stay closed. The unit was 75+ degrees when we checked in at 3:30. Once the outside air dropped in temperature - we were able to start to fill the unit it down. Need additional air conditioning for the summer months. Standard check in is 5:00 and that’s very late for a check in to a luxury condo.

This property is great, especially now that the pool and hot tub are open. Beware some of the windows don’t open, so that makes for a pretty warm place on the hotter days in summer. Will be back! Location is absolutely perfect too. We rented a car and didn’t drive once. Will not be renting a car in the future.

Comfortable Accomodation close to lifts and town

This property has been nicely renovated and it is clear the owners care about it's maintenance and overall appearance. it is well equipped with extra linens, kitchen tools and amenities such as spices. We were a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable in the space. It was a great place to stay while skiing at Telluride.

Enjoyed staying at Lulu 6P. A short walk into town along the River Trail or via road. Market close by to get a few provisions. Very well stocked kitchen for plates, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans. Would stay here again when Covid restrictions are lifted and cleaning fee is more reasonable.

This condo is fully appointed, and had everything we needed. It was quiet too. The only thing that would have made it better was if the pool were open, but it is currently under construction as advertised.

Fantastic Property in Telluride

This was a great VRBO stay. The unit was more than as described - the house, including the kitchen, was better stocked than any place we have ever stayed, from toiletries to kleenex to kitchen spices/coffee/sugar and dishes. Communication with the management company was proactive, responsive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. I'd highly recommend this condo.

Family Ski Trip

Clean lovely property within 2 minutes walk of Lift 7. Was great for our family. Everything Levi and India said about the property was 100% spot on. Will stay at this or another property within the VividTelluride family again. Planning next year as we speak.
