This 3rd floor apartment has stunning view on the bay between the Cap d'Antibes and Cannes on the front and the side as it is an end of terrace building. Right in front, you will see the beautiful îles de Lérins (boat shuttle every day from the harbour down the stairs!).

Beautifully decorated, this apartment has high-end designer's furniture, marble flooring throughout and a comfortable new Lattoflex bed in the bedroom (160cm large).

You could spend days contemplating this 270 degrees view from this south-facing lovely flat loaded with sun from sunrise to dawn.
A real delight to come and rest at the seaside...

It has an ensuite bathroom with a sitting shower/bath from which you can admire the westerly view and the beautiful sunset.

The flat is very nicely decorated with designers' furniture and marble flooring in the whole flat.

There is a king size mattress on the mezzanine bed in the living room to accommodate a 3rd guest or two children.
It benefits from its own washbasin in the closet underneath.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities.

There is a good wifi connection with Free (TV box included with French channels).

It is 300m away from the train station (Golfe Juan - Vallauris) which is really useful as trains stop all along the seaside.
Only one stop from Cannes.

History:
Golfe-Juan has its place in the French History! Indeed on 1st March 1815, Napoleon and an army of 1.200 men landed on Golfe-Juan's beach in order to reconquer power!
Golfe-Juan is the starting point of the famous Route Napoleon the latter marched towards Grenoble.

Please note that this is our second home. Therefore there are some personal belongings in the cupboards. However, we made sure that you have your own wardrobe. Good side is that it is fully furnished!

Please note that any fraudulent booking with more than 3 adult guests will be immediately evicted with no refund the remaining nights. As the owner's family lives in the same building, we will be informed promptly.
