In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Everything was wonderful at Shangra La and the Palms villas. It was perfect for our family reunion.Lots of space, pool, ocean all right there.We worked with Megan and she was friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend staying there.

Amazing family getaway

We loved staying at this property - with 5 kids, we want to be able to get away and enjoy our time without necessarily having to go add on adventures every day and between the pools, hot tubs, water gear like kayaks and paddleboards and snorkel sets - our kids were never bored. For the days we did venture away from the house, it was easy to access and a great location in terms of connectivity to activities. We stayed as a part of a larger group and the layout of the space made it easy for everyone to have their own space but feel connected. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

We were a party of 18 friends and this property was perfect! The accommodations were beautiful, the appointments were luxurious. Everything was thought through - they had enough snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, portable speakers, cups, plates etc.. There was even an ice machine which was awesome!!! Shangri La had a great big gathering space that was ideal for all of us to be together. The pool and the hot tub were incredible places to hang out. We had a minor issue with one of the units upon check in and that was addressed immediately! These folks truly know what it means to have exceptional service. Would highly recommend and would LOVE to go back!

St. John Chocolate Hole

This was a wonderful place to stay with our group. We were supposed to be a group of 19 but because of covid we were a group of 14. The villas were well equipped with amenities that were needed for bathing, laundry, outdoor activity. Will Tuttle was extremely helpful to help with activities on the water as well as shuttling between St Thomas and St John. There were a few interested parties for a fishing excursion also with Will as Captain of the boat.

This estate is the BEST on St. John!

Our entire family group ( A long over-due reunion) had a wonderful stay at this huge multi-villa estate!! We were a large group of 26 people of all ages from infant to 80's; there was more than enough space and roominess for everyone. The villas were absolutely stunning, everything new and so stylish. This was the most luxurious and fun vacation any of us have ever had!! We loved everything about this estate!! Being beachfront and steps to the water was amazing, and there were no crowds on this beach ever! We loved the beautiful infinity pool and huge jacuzzi next to it along with all the kayaks and paddle boards steps away on the beach, ready for us to grab and go!! The sunsets were breathtaking!!! There were 2 additional jacuzzi's at the Palms villas also-so nice to have!! If you're an active family and really want the best, you'll be overjoyed here!! The owners and staff are very responsive and provide lots of information to ensure your stay is the best! We have found our utopia here and will be back for another family reunion!! Thanks from our entire group!!!

The Best Of Everything Is Here!!

This was by far our BEST vacation on St John!! Huge, beautiful, spacious and the best location on the island. Directly on the beach, steps to the water, a few minutes to the grocery store and Cruz Bay Town. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling each day! This is an amazing property and the hosts and property managers go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience!! We're booking next year; I highly recommend this property! Thank you to all!!

We are the Scott's, Al & Marykae, the owners of Lime in de Coconut, Utopia Peter Bay, Shangri-La Villa, The Beach Oasis Villa, The Palms Villa, Pirates Landing Villa, Coconut Cottage, Poseidon’s Retreat and Neptune's Retreat. Yes, that is a lot of villas on the island; it genuinely attests to our love of St John!! We love the quiet calm and natural beauty of the island!! It's a very special place with an enchanting town, gentle green hillsides, and crystal clear, turquoise blue tropical water.

We first started coming to the island as a couple in 2011 and rented various accommodations. After many frequent trips to the island, we decided that it's time to buy our own place; somewhere we can call home and that would encompass what we loved about our frequent stays. Waterfront, directly on the water was what we both loved and that was our number one criterion when searching. We saw Lime in de Coconut Villa advertised and immediately fell in love with it and bought it right then. All our family love the island and at our family gatherings, there's always a great story or fabulous memory shared. It's everyone's favorite place to vacation!! St. John is a magical piece of this earth full of amazing blessings from God and nature. We loved the villa so much that we got married at Lime In De Coconut in 2017!

In renting our villa we found that all of our guests loved the villa and we kept hearing time and time again it was there best ever vacation. It was from this that we decided to expand this into a little business and started to look for the perfect properties on St. john. We want all our guests to Love St John and have the best vacation possible as we do. We know you will catch the feel good vibes of the island and our villas too! This is our escape from reality-haaaa!!

Come on down have some fun and relaxation and when done take away memories of a life!

There's nothing better than being on the sand and swimming in the ocean that is only steps away from the patio. Enjoy drinks on the patio while watching the kids play in the sand and swim in the ocean. Never have a warm drink at the beach again!!
