Bay Rum Breeze was designed for the comfort of couples and families. Park in the large level driveway, enter through the mahogany doors under the island stone archway to vestibule with its tropical plants and relaxing sound of the pool fountain. The entire house is on one level except the upper bedroom and upper deck which is accessed by an interior stairwell. The large great room features exotic Brazilian granite, counter seating, dining table for up to 8, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in-pantry, laundry room and powder room. Stretch out on the fully upholstered sectional sofa to watch 50” TV with Mahogony sliding glass doors open to enjoy the breezes.
The covered deck has cushioned chaise lounges, dining table and chairs, and build in gas grill. A few steps down leads to the sun deck with more comfortable seating; lounge chairs, glider and Adirondack chairs around the pool.
The four bedrooms are equally sized and all face spectacular view. The primary bedroom is separated from the main house by a covered deck and features a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower made of island stone. The lower bedroom has two twin extra-long beds that can make into a king bed. The upper bedroom features a king bed. Each of these has a private outdoor shower, deck and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and ceiling fan. There are wonderful tropical breezes, but each bedroom is air conditioned.
The stargazing deck offers a great view of the night sky-watch the stars while lying on chaises. It is also a great place to view the sunrise and have coffee at the Bistro table and chairs and enjoy the view of the British VI and Coral Bay with just a turn of your head. Incredible views!!!!! Pool only. No Hot Tub at the property.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above the correct TOTAL number of guests including children booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
