Amazing property. Dont be discouraged by the drive through the neighborhood prior to reaching the house.

From the owner: "Thanks for the review, Ashley. We had to chuckle. Fortunately, the neighborhood at the entry is undergoing a revival. Oddly enough, many of the waterfront communities in Florida are accessed through similar neighborhoods; most of which were built in the 60's and 70's."

Great Property- weather not-so great.

A cold front blew in the day after we arrived. Record low temperatures and very windy, which caused a few issues. The Owner and Property manager were extremely responsive and addressed every issue immediately. Overall- house is immaculate and property is great.

Spring Break fun!

We had a wonderful stay at the property for Spring Break this year. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, including a grill. The location was great and many things to do in the area. We all had a fantastic time!

This is a beautifully renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. Could us a couple of extra chairs for the dining table and stools for the kitchen island. There were 6 of us which meant bringing chairs from the bedrooms. Otherwise whole group very happy with the accommodations

Very cozy

We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy home. Loved the 2 living areas and huge kitchen. Beds very comfy. Lots of towels for everyone. Very close to shopping. Nice pool and outdoor area. We got to see an alligator daily.

House is a good size for a large group. We had 8 adults. The pool and the bay was nice.

Neighbors were quite and the house was very clean. Only suggestion would be to bring extra blankets. Only light blankets on the beds and no extra. Kayaks were nice to have.

This home has great amenities, an awesome view of wildlife, and the perfect space for our large group. We especially loved the kayaks and screened in pool. If you book here, we highly recommend SunWest Park As a beach alternative, Melt’d and Ottaway’s ice cream parlor in downtown New Port Richey, and Whiskey Joe’s for an awesome waterfront sunset/dinner. Also, bring or rent a boat—wish we would’ve. Thanks Andy for a great time!

We absolutely loved this house. Had a family reunion in Port Richey with many relatives who live in the area. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was big and very spacious. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully. We loved it. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The view from the Lanai was gorgeous. We sat out and listened to birds every morning. I would highly recommend this house. Can’t say enough. We rent many Homes when we travel and this one was a definite favorite.

Beautiful location. Great fishing.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. Great location for fishing and easy access to gulf. Public boat ramp is a little ways from the house and water is pretty shallow during low tides so be sure to watch tide tables. Screened porch and pool were enjoyable. Pool is a must as water off the beach isn’t swimable. Note dining Table inside only seats 4. If there are more of you and you want to eat meals together you would need to eat them on the back porch which we did. House is spacious and well layed out. Kitchen has great views of the water as well. No dock currently so you have to float your boat. We bought an anchor to use off the stern. Kayaks are available and their is a lot of water to explore. Saw dolphin swimming right off the back porch. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.
