The description on website was exact, the location was perfect! The host was very responsive and it was well worth the money. The hotel itself had amazing customer service. The host even let us get in early on day of check in if the room was ready and it was!

Absolutely amazing stay

This property exceeded all my expectations! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean that I could enjoy right from the room. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and added so much convenience. This is truly a spectacular place to relax and unwind—you will NOT be disappointed! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Fabulous view of the ocean!!

Jacob’s place was absolutely fantastic. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot!! The unit was spotless and the location was perfect. The resort had chairs for the beach, bikes for exploring, and everything else we needed was within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale and like to be by the action this is the place for you! 10/10 recommend!! It provided for a perfect getaway.

Great location

I paid for location and this place delivered. Ocean view from room and pool. Simple walk across the street to the beach. Fees were a little different at the location then listed at the very end of the description of the place. If it wasn’t such a nice location I would be a little more upset about the 388 added cost at end of the stay. Minor complaints like no sponge, no dish soap, no shampoo and the pillows sucked.

Great vacation spot

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and will return. The room and ocean front views are gorgeous. The room is as is pictured, and very clean. Check-in was at the front desk, it was very seamless, and the front desk was very helpful with ground transportation and recommendations.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. There is several very good restaurants within walking distance. Great balcony looking at the ocean and overlooking the pool. Nothing else I could have asked for.

Weekend Trip

This was our 3rd time staying in this suite. It has been pleasantly updated since our last stay. It's PERFECT for a long weekend trip. The location across from the beach is great! Wonderful places to eat within walking distances...including in the Atlantic Hotel. Hotel staff was super friendly and very accomodating! We will be back to stay again.

Love this unit and location

Love love love this unit at the Atlantic hotel! It’s perfect in every way, super convenient, great food, awesome pool and bar and walking distance to everything… overall everything was great! We will most certainly be back! We have stayed in other studios here but this one was by far the best and most roomy! Can’t wait to visit again!

Second Anniversary Yrip

This was our second year in a row to celebrate our anniversary in Fort Lauderdale. We stayed in this suite both years! Everything we could have needed…wonderful local to the best beach…literally walk across A1A. Bikes and beach chairs are available through the hotel. Great food in every direction, too! Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, too! THANK YOU for an amazing long weekend!!!

September visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was good, the view from the room was lovely, as advertised, and the property and staff were very friendly and helpful. While the room was as advertised, it would benefit from a couple of helpful upgrades, such as extra pillows and blankets. We did use the kitchenette, and a frying pan would be a nice addition.

DEFINITELY a do over!

We had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to go back. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. The unit was very spacious. Every one of the hotel staff we came into contact with was super friendly and very helpful when needed. A lot of great restaurants and shops close by. Can’t wait to go back. We didn’t have any issues but the couple questions we did have the owners replied almost immediately.

Great spot, but read the fine print

Really enjoyed ourselves. Was a great getaway for the two of us. Exactly as pictures depict. Location is excellent. But! Read the fine print regarding the additional costs, cleaning fees, booking fees, convenience fees, resort fee, taxes. Cost per day of the rental was almost double the price listed by VRBO search results. To be fair these fees probably now exist for most rentals so read the fine print.

Beautiful location

The property was AMAZING 🤩! The room was beautiful, and the view from the rooms balcony was BREATHTAKING! The pool deck was really fun , and even had enough chairs and outlets for me to work poolside . The only cons are excessive feels at check in (which they refund upon check out but be aware ). Lack of staff at check out during nonstandard hours . And the Wifi connection from the room was HORRIBLE!! Thats why I had to work poolside .

Thé hôtel and staff were very good. There is lots of room in the bedroom and bathroom. It is being renovated soon otherwise I would say it’s a bit dated and needs fresh paint. The view is excellent. My only complaints were the noise. The pool played loud music, usually rock all day. For us, it interfered with sitting out on the balcony. The road between the hotel and beach was 4 lanes and constantly busy; more noise. The restaurant was good and the beach was well kept. Others have mentioned the extra costs that are rather hidden. Just be aware and read everything. Besides paying VRBO cost, there are hotel fees too.

Ocean view was great, room was a dingy old appearing hotel room. Needs many updates. Old, dark carpet. One of two elevators not working. Alot of sand on tile floor and in carpet at arrival. Patio door glass with many fingerprints. After stay, asked about an over charge that was already paid, was told to give a few more days...already had been 4. Spoke directly to hotel to correct. Owner not pleasant when discussed issue with her

Dated room, dated property, hidden fee

As noted in title, the room and building are dated. The hallway constantly smelled of mildew and stale scent as did the room when we walked in. The property is not well maintained at all. The resort fee entitles you to wait until well after 9 am for a towel/chair at the beach while all other resorts next door are readily available well before that. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 adults and 1 child for 6 days was quite absurd given how much we paid for the room, all the extra fees, taxes, etc. The one hidden fee that should have been disclosed or at the very least absorbed by the host is the “registration” fee. That was not disclosed and yet we were forced to pay this registration fee upon checkout. Additionally, the service by the pool for food/drinks was subpar yet a forced 18% tip is added onto every purchase. Personally, I always tip 20% for good service and I don’t appreciate being forced to pay an 18% tip for poor service. Lastly, I asked a simple question about the check in process if I were to receive a code to access the room and the host was extremely condescending as it wasn’t clear that we had to check into to the hotel front seat as opposed to going to the room directly.
