This condo is within a short driving distance of Orlando's main attractions, famous shopping venues and the best restaurants!!
Located at the fantastic Runaway Beach Club.
It is a great option for couples or small families, each space was modernly decorated thinking about the pleasant stay of our guests!
It has two bedroom and two bathroom completely remodeled!
The Master Suite has a King size bed and is located on the first floor, the guest bedroom has 2 Full-size beds and the couch is a sleeper sofa. Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people!
Come and experience this fully furnished unit with a new kitchen, all the appliances you need to cook like at home, Roku TV, free WIFI, and parking.

Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Rental was as advertised

Rental was clean and location was great. It had all the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. We did find that the dishwasher not working on our arrival but it was replaced by a very good service technician

Great Stay

My family and I had a great stay here. Only complaint was that the AC wasn't working that well. We had someone come and they said 75 degrees was a normal AC temp for Florida. I dont agree, especially for out of towners, but other than that the stay was great. It was in a great location, very clean, and beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Perfect for a week at the parks

Exactly as expected based on the photos. Easy reservation and check in. 20 mins. to all the parks. Shopping nearby. Perfect spot for our family’s trip.

Location benefit only

The location to the parks is great and the property amenities are nice. I would not recommend this unit due to cleanliness and several issues with appliances not working properly and overall comfort.

Since it was the weekends, we did our best to schedule a inspection team to go to the house to to make sure we would fix the issue. However, you denied the company to do the job even though you still had many days left of reservation. Your review is unfair, as we did our best to address the situation but you denied our actions. Plumbing Not Functional

Neither toilet worked correctly, Sink we slow to drain and the master shower would not get hot and had a bag wrapped around the shower head. Broken doors, mismatched paint touch up and over all very badly maintained property.Host got our reservation wrong and was difficult to deal with . Clearly this is managed by a call center or a robot.

Great location, peaceful community

The only thing I have to complain about is the cleanliness. Definitely not terrible but I wouldn’t call it hotel quality. Loose hairs everywhere, stained pillow cases etc. other than that we loved our little abode. Easy access to Disney, interstate, Disney springs and international blvd. we will be back!

Nice property, maintenance problems

The condo is lovely and well located near parks and other attractions. The layout is nice with the two bedrooms on separate ends and both with a full bath. There are three tvs, one in the living room and each bedroom. A few problems were reported, but not resolved. The dishwasher did not work, both toilets took a long time to flush, the primary bath shower was extremely weak, the primary lavatory was slow to drain. We had to plunge the lavatory and reset the flapper in one of the toilets several times. A plumber apparently came, but these issues were not resolved. The exhaust fan in the second bathroom did not work, leading (I think) to some mold/mildew in the shower. It was finally replaced a couple days before we left.It seems these items should have been discovered during regular maintenance.Just an observation - both shower floors are quite slippery. There are a couple of hand grips with suction cups that slide around - not too sturdy.The mats on the table and the travel book are ragged and should be pitched. The refrigerator works fine, but is beat up.

Best of Times, Worst of Times

I'll start with the good. The property is very clean and bright with modern decor. The location is about 15 minutes from the Disney parks. There was plenty of parking. We didn't use the pool, but it is literally right outside the door to the condo (which could have been a bad thing, I suppose, if one were trying to sleep during the day when people were using it). There is a Walmart within a couple of minutes, making it very convenient to shop and pick-up supplies. Now the “bad”. There was supposed to be dish soap and a pod for the dishwasher--there wasn't. There were no dish towels or a dish rack to dry the dishes. There were no clothes hangers. (We called about the dish soap and hangers--they were delivered the next day). There is no cutting board for the kitchen. There are no plastic cups or dishes for children--only porcelain items. Both bathroom sinks drained very slowly and need to be treated with a Drano type product. There is something wrong with the off/on apparatus in the master bathroom shower which prevents hot water from flowing; we all had to shower in the non-master bathroom. Hopefully management will fix the above. They did deliver the dish soap and hangers when they were notified. It took us a day to discover the other items, and since we were only there for a few days, we elected not to make a big deal about them. BUT, management really needs to visit this property more often, perhaps even stay a night to ensure that everything is in working order. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, there are no condiments, sandwich bags or any of the stuff one would use at a home. We don't fault them for this; just be sure to pick up or bring these items along before your stay. Finally, the check-in process is VERY arduous. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and have never had to fill out so many documents. It was painful.

Great place to sleep but not to cook

I gave this place a 3 because although upon first glance it was clean it was when we actually started using the stuff in the place that we found problems. The toilets take forever to flush and you have to flush them a lot for anything to go down and the master bedroom shower does not get very hot at all. The kitchen utensils were not clean and all the pots and pans had flaking grease on them, they also do not have oven mitts so we had to use a towel to take stuff out the oven. And the wifi I was sent did not work so I tried the router box and that also did not work. The place is clean other wise and located in a safe convenient place. Its definitely a fine place if your only gonna be hanging out to sleep but definitely not cooking friendly.

Comfortable, fun stay

This felt like home away from home. Loved being right by the pool and close to all the amusement parks and the Florida nature we wanted to explore. The internet didn't work the first day, but the property manager was quick to answer our questions and get maintenance there within the first 24 hours of being there. Really great experience and we were sad we had to go back home.

Overall excellent! Would recommend, but bring several fans!!

My only gripe was that the AC dramatically underperformed - I believe the coolest the unit was our entire stay was about 75 degrees. We just bought a fan and that cleared things up, though.
