Located just a ten-minute drive from the University of Oregon’s Autzen Stadium, this home sits in a quiet and quintessential suburban neighborhood surrounded by restored cottages and well-maintained mid-century modern homes. This premier property is situated on a corner lot with manicured landscaping and is close to everything! Visit museums, stroll the parks along the Willamette River, catch a performance at the Hult Center of the Performing Arts, get up close and personal with birds of prey at the Cascades Raptor Center, or shop at the 5th Street Public Market or the Eugene Saturday Market.Bailey Lane is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood of lovely mid-century modern homes just 2.5 miles from the University of Oregon’s Autzen Stadium. Very pleasant accommodations

This house was very easy to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and and dishes and glassware. The beds were comfortable. A nice little outdoor area for after 5:00 drinks.

The house was very clean and attractive. There were only 2 problems;1. The fireplace hearth was a hazard as it was easy to trip on it, especially in the dark.2. We couldn’t find any soap in either of the showers.

Quiet relaxing Eugene home

Our first time in this home and we hope to return! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is appropriately furnished and not missing a thing. The sofas and bed were very comfortable
we slept very soundly in the master bedroom. An underrated feature
the TV was easy to understand. In many rentals you need an advanced programming degree to figure out multiple remotes. Not here
very logical and easy to access. The host was very responsive to questions, typically responding in under 5 minutes.Would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Eugene.

Perfect Accommodations

This property is awesome! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We plan to stay here next time we’re in town. The hosts were very easy to work with when we had to adjust our dates and responded in a timely manner.

Perfect House

We came for our daughter's graduation and it was wonderful! Clean with everything we needed and the showers were fantastic! Wanted to stay an extra day but it was booked! Wish we found it sooner as its a Perfect House for families when visiting there children at UO!

We enjoyed another stay on our trip to Eugene. This last visit will make the 5th time we've stayed at this SAME house - that's how much we love it! The owners have been consistently great with communication, the house is always clean and yard very well maintained. The location is central, the neighborhood feels safe and walkable. Perfect place for a trip to Hayward

Stayed here for a trip to the World Athletics Championships. Check in was clear and easy to follow. House was immaculately clean and had the most comfortable couch to sink into. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathtub and shower in the master were worth the visit alone. Less than a 15 min ride to and from Hayward. Would 100% stay again for another meet or just a weekend away.

Great Location, Lots to do in Eugene

We were in Eugene for a couple days, the house is a great location and central for all our activities. Did the riverwalk and saw Team Uruguay running, that was pretty cool! Lovely weather, visited and ate on the nice patio. The neighborhood is also nice for walking. The house and yard are beautifully maintained, very clean and made for a great stay. We will book here again!

Back to Visit Again!

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time, we booked the house again! It does not disappoint, great location, house is comfortable, kitchen great to cook. Although we had some rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the patio on this visit which was very nice. Owners are great to work with, thanks again for the hospitality.
