Spacious 4 bedroom home with amazing decor. The home has 2 full baths. The kitchen has an refrigerator and stove that is complete with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and can opener. The living space has 2 couches, the large sofa is a sleeper. There is a nice size mounted television. The space also includes a dinning area with seating for 6 people. The home has a washer & dryer available for all guest washing needs.
Great location for heading to the stadium for UT football. Back yard was perfect for sitting outside and relaxing and plenty of beds and bedrooms for all!~
Above everything, the location of this property is perfect. It is a short drive from the airport, as well as a short drive to downtown Austin. Eunice was super responsive and gave clear instructions in checking in and checking out. Perfect stay for groups visiting Austin.
The property was accurate to the listing pictures. It was a cute house to share with the girls and was accessible to downtown. Overall was great, but the front gate was a little heavy.
I had a group varying in size from 5-9 adults in the trip, and we had the right amount of space to be comfortable. The property is in good shape, notably the backyard space is really lovely with the firepit and chairs. I appreciated all of the communication from the host, especially when we ran into a low battery with the front door lock, they sent someone out right away. Really appreciated the stay with this host!
We rented this home while visiting Austin for my son's wedding in September. We had my family, as well as family visiting from Illinois join us there as our "home location" for 2 days over the wedding event. The house worked great for the night before dinner with family & my son & his future wife. To our surprise there is a wonderful backyard area!! It is complete with a large yard, covered seating area, fire pit, grilling area & wonderful lights twinkling from above. Pulling up into the house you would never know that oasis was back there!
The bedrooms provided ample sleeping areas. We did almost run short on toilet paper ( or I should say there was JUST enough til we checked out) But there was enough towels for everyone. Great little place for a quick trip to Austin stay. Neighborhood was not exactly what I had expected, but there were no problems, and people were out walking and running in the mornings. Cute industrial co-work facility down the main road from it with a great coffee shop and bakery.
I had a great time in Austin and the listing was super clean also Ms. Jackson was a great host and always answered in quick fashion for any question I had.
The place was wonderful, relaxing and cozy to stay in. I do want to point out some cons, the last room to the left, doesnât get as cold as the other rooms & out of all four rooms the last room on the left had a uncomfortable mattress cover and pillows. The hallway bathtub faucet is very hard and tricky to turn on the water. Other then that the house was perfect.
