Property is 15 minutes from Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Resort Casino. Newly added Great Wolf Lodge at Foxwoods, plenty of fun for all ages!

Beautiful Retreat centered around Rest, Relaxation & Respect.

Beautifully updated, three bedroom private home, located along the Thames River! Bedroom on the main floor, king bed sleeps (2). Second bedroom has two queen beds, sleeps (4). Primary bedroom with king bed, sleeps (2). Primary bath connected with additional access for second bedroom from main hallway. Additional sleeping area off of the primary bedroom, sleeps (2).

This is a private home rental with an in-law unit below. The deck and balcony are private to the reservation, lower level grounds are shared (i.e. riverfront deck on lower grounds). Owner lives onsite available for assistance. Prefers to give guests their privacy but will step in when guests violate rules (see additional details/info section on enforceable fees). Property manager available for assistance when owner is unavailable. Cameras onsite for security purposes only and are limited to the common areas (i.e. parking, and exterior sidewalks). No smoking in units. Smoking allowed outside. Keep grounds clear of smoking debris. Please be respectful.

Transparency & respect of our home is expected when visiting. Please communicate your wants/needs prior to ensure our home is a good fit for you and your guests. Our top priority is your comfort.

Strict enforcement on unit occupancy, (12) people maximum. No loud parties. (3) vehicles maximum. Pets allowed. Amount, type, breed and size restrictions apply. All pets, additional occupants, or additional vehicles must be approved in advance.

Standard Fees:
$180 cleaning fee/stay
$100 additional guest fee/stay
$200 pet fee/stay
$100 additional vehicle fee/stay

Fees may be adjusted for shorter or longer stays. Please inquire with host with questions prior to booking.

Non-Compliance Fees:
$500 fee for excessive noise and/or unapproved guests
$500 fee for interior smoking violations (includes vaping)
$250 fee for exterior trash or smoking debris
$250 fee for unapproved pet/per pet

Any violations may result in removal from property and non-refund of any unused reservation nights.
