Property itself was great, Property management company was TERRIBLE as young folks were in hot tub with loud music playing until almost 1 AM. Calls to property managers got NOTHING done-thanks guys.

Clean, Modern, and good location. Appreciate the parking, and local amenities. Loft was well equipped. My only complaint was that there was dog poop everywhere outside and few if any placed to dispose of bagged poop, for those considerate folks who believe in cleaning up after their dog!

Great stay! Property was nice. I had the heater off the entire time and the heat stayed between 75 and 85. So i needlessly had to open a few windows constantly. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Perfect as described!

I don't know what I loved most. The location in Winter Park was walking distance to the Lift bus stop, my favorite Pizza place and the Market. The unit was new, the furnishings were comfortable. It was secure and I felt safe. The heated parking garage was super convenient. And I guess the yummy coffee from Perk was nice surprise.

This property was perfect for a family get together for the week of Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal. Loved the bunk room with the King bunk on the bottom. The property is well maintained and the condo is simply, but nicely decorated. Convenient to everything. Nice mountain views.

Beautiful loft, very clean, great location. Only critique was the code to get into the building and room. Codes/lock could be a little sensitive to the touch. It’s super nice to be able to remotely check in though. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Close to winter park resort, spacious, clean, great amenities, walkable to coffee and restaurants. The community hot tub was cooler than expected, we reached out to the Winter Park Escapes Team and they quickly got my entire family passes to the local community center. Beautiful place to stay!

This unit was fantastic. Super clean, spacious and well appointed. The second bedroom has a king bed plus the bunk above is a full size. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Very easy to go to the hot tub and we enjoyed it daily. Near lots of good restaurants and a short drive to the slopes. I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing place w/ spectacular views!

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was much bigger than we expected, had the most comfortable beds, spectacular views of the mountain (we were a corner unit) and the huge hot tub was so nice! They even had dog beds, fans, humidifiers and lots of games. The parking was super easy as well. We had two cars and one was in the building garage and the other across the street in the market parking lot and it worked out really well. I will definitely be staying here again and the location couldn’t be beat. Right next to great food, grocery store and liquor store.

Great for a family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and 2 spacious bathrooms. Very clean and hassle free check in/out process. It does get warm in the summer without air conditioning, and a portable fan is provided but would suggest bringing several others for each room for comfort.

We love staying in this building when we visit Winter Park. This unit was one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. Having the living room set aside slightly was a nice break up so we didn't feel on top of each other. We already rebooked this unit for a future stay!

Beautiful Condo, very secure and clean.

We came here for our 36 wedding anniversary. Shop for groceries at Safeway in Frazier. Wild fires kept us from going into Rocky Mountain National Park. We were here in October 2020 so not much to do but would be great for winter stay. We ended up driving down to Dillon through Loveland pass a couple of days. Condo it self was awesome. Dog friendly even though we did not bring Pluto with us this time. We will stay again.

Nice Property - just not clean

This is a spacious, well equipped unit. The beds were comfortable. You could see the top of Winter Park ski resort, and it is close to services. Unfortunately, the place is just not cleaned well. There was: dog hair on the couches, floors, and beds; greasy fingerprints on cookware; human hair in sheets; and the recycle bin and freezer were disgusting. We spent several hours cleaning when we arrived. We contacted management and they would have come clean it again for us, but due to Covid and the timing, we just did it ourselves. Some bonuses are the private gas grill, good internet, large TVs in every room, lots of cookware, etc. Some things that seemed to be lacking: Would be nice if the entryway had coat hooks or footwear storage. (there is plenty of room). The 2nd bedroom has no dresser or side lamps. Also, more hangers (cheap enough) could be helpful. Lastly, there is no A/C which can make it hot during the warmer months (in late Sept rooms were 78 degrees with windows open). And, some windows just don't work well.
