Notre maison se situe dans une commune du bord du lac d'Annecy.Le lac, long de 17 km alterne réserves naturelles, forêts, monts et villages.
Spectacle magnifique du lac et de ses montagnes.
Activités sportives multiples et variées, aquatiques et alpines.
Vous aurez peut être envie de partir sur la route de Chamonix jusqu'au pied du Mont Blanc ( à 1 H de route), ou pourquoi pas profiter d'une journée de shopping à Genève (45 min).Our house is located in a village next to Annecy lake in Haute Savoie.


Around the lake, which is 17 km. long you will alternately find wildlife/nature reserves, forests, mountains and villages. It is a magnificent combination of lake and mountains. From our house you can drive to the valley of Chamonix, at the foot of the Mont Blanc or why not enjoy a day of shopping in Geneva which is less than an hour’s drive away on the motorway.



In the center of the village you will find several shops and restaurants, one of which has two stars ** in the Michelin Guide. There are two bakeries/pastry shops, 1 newsagent, 1 small supermarket, a hairdresser, an art gallery, a florist shop, a bank, post office and tourist office.

In these exceptional surroundings, in the small and sunny village of Veyrier du Lac, beside the lake, you will find our rental villa which was renovated in 2007.
Very comfortably furnished, with a view of the lake, there is a very large terrace and a garden. In addition to the main house there is a separate, outside, storage area, for bikes, skis, garden tools etc.
The villa is located in a quiet and calm dead-end street. There is a parking area for your car just behind the private gate entrance which has an electronic control.
