Carefree Living Defined w/ private pool & games Room

This newly-renovated fantastic 2-story home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This property is centrally-located in the beautiful gated Cumbrian Lakes Community. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 11 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES.
You will find plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax with a private pool area and a games room (pool table, ping pong table, dart board and corn hole) located in the garage. The fully-equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a “coffee bar” which includes a Keurig machine, coffee maker and a tea kettle with an infuser. Also included is a toaster, blender, cooking utensils, dinnerware and much more. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the kitchen table with seating for 6 or make it more formal by enjoying a meal at the dining room table with seating for 6. After enjoying your meal, relax and enjoy the 65” TV in the spacious family room. There is a work space/reading area in the loft.
The screened in pool deck allows additional space to relax and lounge in the sun or splash in the pool after a day at the parks. Pool heat is an extra charge of $30 per day plus tax.

Property look nice but not well kept we had ants in kitchen and bedrooms no hot water in kitchen wife had to boil water to wash our dishes the trash cans outside were nasty just Horrible and because they were never clean the flies were everywhere the tv in kids room was very old no remote could not turn it on dvd player had remote but no tv remote we left a day early because of all that and the master bedroom bed was painful never go back to that house wish i could get a refund.

The overall was great just like photos, they had roaches definitely on the corners of the dishwasher, also needs to sprayed outside of course outside bugs come in, Spa Jets didn’t work when tried to turn on pool timer wouldn’t come on when wanted im guessing because of timer.. Master bathroom had ants in tub and shower head need to be cleaned a water pressure in master sucks. Ice machine ok refrigerator wouldn’t work nor would The fridge get cool enough maybe need attention there as well.

Kissimmee vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. Lots of open space to gather as a family, but also enough space for everyone to have their "alone" or "quiet" time. Our favorite part was night swimming! We did identify a few minor issues upon our arrival, but management was very responsive and had the issues resolved in less than 24 hours. We would definitely stay again!

The communication with the property manager was always timely, the check in process was very simple and the neighborhood was quiet. The housekeeper could've done a better job of cleaning though(we found a cookie under the bed amongst a few other things).

Thanksgiving Joy

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location was excellent. The facilities truly accommodated our needs. If I were to come back to Kissimmee with family, this would be where I would stay. My only suggestion would be to add a barbecue grill.

Good location and great pool but just ok overall

The house appears to have everything you need and is in a great location for Disney but it doesn’t feel like a home like the other properties we stayed in in the past. When we got there the house was barely cleaned. There was soda spilled on the wall and carpet, the rugs on the stairs and the landing had tons on dead bugs like they hadn’t been done in a year, the couches had debris on them and the fridge was not properly cleaned especially the water dispenser. The property manager was very responsive and had the cleaners come back to fix it but if I was the owner I would get a new cleaner. The pool was the best part and the appliances in the house are all new. The games room needs work and it just needs some touches to make it feel like a home like more towels that are actually set up in the bathrooms on racks and soap dispensers that work. We had a nice stay but we will probably not go back as there are other properties we prefer.

Great Host

Great host, Misty was available to answer our questions. She allowed us to have a late check in and check out after our flights were canceled and had to make other arrangements. The theme parks are about 20 min away from the property which was not bad with all the traffic.

Our visit

Our experience at this property was not horrible for the price. We ran into some aggravating situations that included insects. It is listed that there is a hot tub, but the hot tub is only seasonal. Which was a bummer for us. A few of the beds were very uncomfortable. There is limited tv access. Overall, it was a nice family vacation just wish these issues were mentioned more clear. The agent/property owner was very easy to reach and addressed every issue we had.

Our stay

I loved the house it was so nice big had everything we needed besides I would want more towels and wash rags and trash bags and stuff for the dishwasher we tried to use the sweeper but it was broke. Other then that maybe some more paper towels and just stuff like that. But we loved it. I would recommend getting pool toys and sand toys and chairs so people don’t have to buy them because they can’t take them back on the plane so it’s kinda a waste of money. But all in all we loved it and misty was soooo helpful! Especially with our hottub not working! Thanks again!!
