The Hillbilly Bear focuses on larger families and groups by providing more sleeping accommodations. This tiny home floor plan package features upscale interior finishes, high ceilings and recessed lighting in the living area creating a roomy element for you and your guests.

The kitchen includes all of the necessities for making lunch or cooking an extravagant meal. Use the breakfast peninsula for seating or more counter space. Sleeping quarters include the master bedroom with ample storage, a bunk area, and spacious loft that was created for additional lodging. The TV in the loft is only for gaming. Use the ten-foot covered porch to enhance outdoor living during your summer cookout with friends and family.

Love the tiny home community here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice little home. The furniture is a little too big for the area so with the coffee table and the table to eat at gives you no walking room to get inside. Also the stove makes it impossible to open one of the drawers in the kitchen. This is the 3rd home we've tried here. No storage area for food as in other homes. Love the bedroom and bunk set-up and location in the park.

As a family of 6, there is more than enough room to spread out and have space. The house is great and had everything we needed. The staff was great as well. Our bathroom door got messed up and I called and they came and got everything fixed for us. The views are amazing! We’re planning on returning in the fall!

It took some work getting the right temperature on both units but once we decided on a temp it was great. The coffee table is way to big in my opinion but it all works nonetheless. Highly recommend this place and this tiny home cabin.

Had a great time and loved this tiny house! Wears Valley is our go to place to stay for the easiest way to get to the Foothills Parkway and the back way into Gatlinburg. This is our 2nd stay in this tiny home park and we’ll definitely be staying here again especially since it’s trailer and bike friendly!

Perfect get away

Perfect place for a relaxing getting away. The views of the mountains is breath taking at sunrise/sunset. Great location, close enough to town to do tourist things but also far enough away to not be in the crowd all the time. The cabin was beautiful. Just the space we needed. Bed are very comfortable. We have everything we needed, utensil wise, to cook. Very clean, well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Cute Cabin

My family had a great time at this adorable cabin. It was clean, and had a perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. The kids loved the option of sleeping in their own little loft, or in the bunks next to our room. It was a a short drive to the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and not too far to the National Park. And, there is a beautiful view.

June 2022 Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The area was nice and quiet. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Our daughter used the upstairs bed and loved the privacy for her teenage self. Our son used the bunk bed area. The kitchen was very nice to have. It was hot so we didn’t get to sit out on the deck much. We would highly recommend staying here.

June 2021 Stay

The cabin was more spacious than I imagined it would be. It was great. The only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen could have been better stocked for cooking. Also housekeeping needs to clean under the couch. It had not been cleaned there in a long time. I noticed this as we were leaving & looking for missing toys. The Mountain View from the cabin was the best I had ever seen from any other place I had stayed in the Smokies. The area is quiet and everyone was so nice. The ladies in the office was very helpful. I can not wait to come back!

Great Tiny Cabin

There was plenty of room for our family of four. The kids had a choice of bunk beds or to hang out in the loft. Great location too. Away from the city traffic, but close enough to all the entertainment options.

Just Meh

Cabin was nice, place was clean. No batteries in 2 of the remotes. Also the address they sent me was not the address of where I was staying, so it got a bit confusing. The absolute worst part was ZERO internet. I saw the signal but too weak to connect anything to. I told them (they have a policy to move you if you find something wrong in the first hour) and they refused to move us closer to the main office. They said they had no more cabins available, the two closest to the main office were not occupied, they just didn't WANT to move us. The place was pretty good, but don't expect internet while there, and don't expect they will move you if you have an issue.
