Ski-in / Ski-Out exceptionnel à Breckenridge Peak 8.

Piste de glisse exceptionnelle, véritable emplacement skis aux pieds.

Les condominiums SkiWatch sont situés directement sur les pentes de Breckenridge Resort Peak 8. Skiez du condo à la base Peak 8, au Rocky Mountain Superchair ou au Colorado Superchair pour une montée rapide sur la montagne. La billetterie et l'école de ski sont situées à environ 75 mètres. Skiez pour le déjeuner et reculez pour terminer la journée. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous à la fin de la journée et regardez les derniers monter sur la chaise.

Unité exceptionnelle, excellent état, assez confortable pour deux familles à partager.

This property couldn’t be better with direct access to three lifts- Rocky Mountain, Colorado and Chair Five. This is our second stay at this property and we will decimals be back. The host is very kind and communicates early and often. The condo is clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment, spices, towels, extra bedding etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags and laundry pods to make your stay more convenient.If you’re debating on where to stay, look no further. Trust me, we are frequent Breck visitors and this place is hard to beat.

Great place, great location!

The owner, Ruth, made us feel very welcome and communicated well before we arrived. The unit is nicely appointed with all of the kitchen utensils and condiments provided. It was great being able to ski down from the condo to the left, only 10 seconds away.

Great ski-in/ski-out

Very comfortable, enjoyed the gas grill! Kitchen was adequately equipped, but could use a corkscrew & more wine glasses:-). We have been to Breckenridge many times, but this was our first time in these condos. Probably the best ski-in/ski-out we have ever stayed in!

The location of this property is the best on Peak 8.. a true ski in and out property . Parking was ample and easy. Unit was we stocked for anything we needed . Owner was wonderful to work with ..

Ruth thanks for the use of the wonderful condo. Everything was there that we needed. My family and grandkids enjoyed every minute. Very comfy and cozy, best location ever for ski in and out. Hot tubs we wonderful. Thanks again it was wonderful.

Fantastic Location!

What a wonderful location! You really cannot get a better location on the mountain. Ruth was a pleasure to rent from. We stayed in 3 skiwatch units this year, and they were all fantastic. Everything about her unit was great! We really enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. I can't wait to return sometime in the future!

True Ski In and Ski Out

We have been staying at this location since 2007 - mainly Mon-Fri during Jan, Feb and the first week in Mar. The top of the photo to the left is Ski Watch Condo - the lifts are Colorado and Rocky. The amenities are fabulous.

Just perfect!

This is a true ski-in ski-out place. Many other listings online say they are - this one actually is!! My only complaint is that it makes it TOO easy to be on the mountain!!

Best place to stay in Breck hands down!

It simply does not get any better than this! Ski in ski out no walking no bus! Unit is always clean and has everything we need. We've been back many times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Gondola to town is a short walk and close to grocery store. Convenience superb!

We had a BLAST in BREC

The location of the condo was awesome and truly a ski in/ski out. The service Ruth provides by having some basics in the kitchen (seasonings, hot chocolate, sugar, ketchup, mayo, etc...) is a huge plus. If you visit soon you will find some of Cajun seasoning in there as well. Ruth, appreciate the hospitality and we look forward to returning!!

Ski Trip 2022 Happy New Year

My wife and I love skiing. We have 4 grandkids. They love skiing also. This was the perfect place to take the family. Very nice place to stay. You can't beat the location and the fact that you go out the back door from the ski locker room, put your equipment on and ski down to the lift's. It was just awesome !!!!

We love this place!! The convenience could not be better. Ski to 4 lifts, ski school, restaurant, lift tickets, rentals. Ski back to lunch at the condo. Ski back for a beer at the end of a spectacular day! The condo is roomy, easily accomodates 2 families in comfort. Clean, cozy, charming. There is not a better value in Breck. And Ruth is wonderful to work with!

Perfect condo for families that love to ski in AND out!

Our family of 8 stayed at this property (#328) and loved everything about it. True ski in and out with convenient ski lockers one floor below. Many kitchen condiment amenities that other condos clear out after each trip. Communication with the owner, Ruth Gardner, was also a plus. She is very responsive and truly cares about making your trip planning and experience a good one. We definitely recommend this unit and would book it again.

Perfect!

Our family met from different parts of the country for a ski weekend. It could not have been more wonderful! We all absolutely loved the the accommodations, the perfect location and great skiing! Ruth, was a great host and kept us in tune with everything we needed to know. We cannot wait to come back for a longer period of time! The weekend was topped off with a Broncos Super Bowl win! Thank you!

Ski Watch and working with Ruth was beyond our groups expectations.

The Ski Watch was exactly what we were looking for in a ski on/ski off. We were able to come down towards base of Peak 8 and veer off to ride into Condo. Transportation was easy to get into town as gondola was open during the day while bus transportation and Uber drivers were available by night. The condo had plenty of sleep long room for our party and a good living room and kitchen set up for games/activities. Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Great Unit/Classy Owner

The unit itself is extremely comfortable and tasteful, and left our family of 5 wanting for nothing after a day on the hill. it is very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding. BBQ on the deck a nice extra. We ran into extensive travel issues this trip and Ruth the owner tried hard to work with us at every turn, while also taking an interest in our safety and well being. It was a long drive to and from Breck from NY due to flight cancellations. Great unit, unbeatable location and the most gracious owner ... A good win!- MB

Awesome location, Awesome people to work with, nice people to work with.

Ruth is seriously super awesome. Great communicate with, fantastic and understanding on every level. Just a pleasure to communicate with and work with. The condo is smallish for how many people can sleep there, but because of the way it's arranged you never really feel like you're on top of each other at all. The rooms are so separated that they almost feel like separate Apartments. And Ruth was very diligent to make sure it was clean and that we were taken care of. It's right close to a lot of hiking and trails as well as Ski Hill. We saw bear and moose. We would definitely rent again! Thank you Ruth!

Ski-In Ski-Out At It's Best!

Location, location, location! This was the best ski-in, ski-out condo we have ever rented (and we've been renting them for the past ten years). Location is perfect - right on Peak 8 - no skiing down any separate "condo" trails, taking smaller lifts, or hiking/poling a bit reach the main slope. You are right there, making it so easy to be among the first on the slopes each day! Hot tub experience, watching others come down during last run of the day, was amazing, and was not crowded the way I had expected. Condo itself was modern, cozy and clean, with lotsa extras (games, puzzles, movies, kitchen stocked with staples so you don't have to go buy everything). Comfortable couches and beds, and even a gas grill on a covered porch for year-round grilling (which we did!) My kids LOVED being able to ski directly home for lunch/drink/bathroom break, then go back on the slopes immediately - much quicker (and cheaper!) than they could ever do in the lodge. And the owner is one of the nicest, caring and most responsive owners I have dealt with. I can't say enough about this place, or recommend it any more highly - I am so glad we stayed here! This place made for a great and memorable graduation gift for my son.
