Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 24 Land’s End Court is a charming waterfront retreat perfectly suited for two families, friends traveling together, or a relaxing girls’ getaway. Located in the desirable South Beach Marina Village area of Sea Pines, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bath duplex offers breathtaking views of Braddock Cove and the iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse from multiple rooms and outdoor living spaces.

The main living level welcomes you with a comfortable and inviting layout designed for gathering and entertaining. The living area features ample seating and beautiful water views, flowing easily into a well-stocked kitchen and wet bar. A dedicated dining area seats eight, making it easy to enjoy meals together while taking in the coastal scenery just beyond the windows.

Also on the main floor is a King bedroom with stunning views of Braddock Cove and the Harbour Town Lighthouse, complete with a renovated ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom with two Twin beds and a newly renovated full bathroom with a tub and shower complete this level, offering comfort and convenience for guests.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide peaceful accommodations, including another King bedroom with water and lighthouse views and a fourth bedroom with two Twin beds. A newly renovated full bathroom with a tub and shower serves this floor, along with a conveniently located washer and dryer for guest use.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this home, with a large waterfront deck ideal for sunning, dolphin watching, and enjoying the tranquil beauty of Braddock Cove. Guests are just steps from the community pool and only a short two- to five-minute walk to the beach. With included bicycles, backpack beach chairs, and close proximity to South Beach Marina’s dining, shopping, boating, and fishing, 24 Land’s End Court offers an exceptional Sea Pines vacation experience. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use, and the community pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 15.

Beautiful views! Clean and well equipped property with nice layout for families. Nice location with easy walk to beach and south beach marina area. Views from porch were stunning. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Beach House Vibe!

The view of Braddock Cove and the Harbor Town lighthouse is amazing and the beach is only a short walk from the front door. Beds are ultra comfortable, two large couches and an 8 person dining table provided plenty of seating for our extended family, the kitchen is huge and well stocked, and the large windowed porch facing the bay includes a table for game playing and modular couch for bird watching. We spent 5 wonderful weeks and will be looking forward to next year!

The property has exceptional views from almost every window. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The 4 bikes that were included came in handy to explore Sea Pines. Highly recommend this property!

We walked to the beach, walked to the Salty Dog and shopping, biked to Harbour Town. So much fun! Having the bikes included was a great bonus! The two chairs we found were in poor shape, we bought our own. (my only small complaint.)

Great view!

We really enjoyed the view and location. We saw plenty of birds, fish, even dolphins. Comfortable place for our family with young adults. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Bikes were functional but not great. Kitchen was well stocked but pots and pans were quite old, hard to actually cook a meal. One entire set of dishes didn’t even fit in the dishwasher. Washer/dryer were off brand and noisy. Dryer did not work well. Twin beds were very creaky.

Great View and Property Overall! Only a few complaints

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures honestly don't do this place justice! The living space was incredible and WOW the view!!! We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning over the water. Also such a great location so close to the beach and South Beach Marina/ Salty Dog. The free bikes were also a nice touch- we used those every day!! Kitchen was great and fully stocked with the necessary tableware and appliances. I also think the living room furniture had just been replaced. Very nice!Our only complaints were with the bedrooms and the housekeeping. The two king beds were super comfy, but but the twin beds need some love. They were very uncomfortable for the adults using them, especially in the downstairs bedroom. Also, the first day we requested a new king sheet (since the one we had kept coming off the bed) and additional towels. And those were never provided to us after 5 days :( Not a huge deal, but was hoping for better service.

A Beach Vacation to Remember

The view, and the dolphin and boat watching, are all dreamy and a big hit for all ages. Great experience with rental company.4.8 starsA few notes for future renters:- Stop by the rental agency for your park pass first (or pay $9 entry fee)- The rental agency building is on the left, not right.- The house has A LOT of little beachy decorations. If you have kids, put these up before you settle in.- They have baby bumpers, sand toys, and other items for families.- We loved South Beach for sunsets.- We rented umbrella and beach chairs from Beach Patrol (recommend between markers 4 and 5 for a wider beach area).- Private beach access (with showers for feet, etc.) as you walk toward gate, on your right.- The pool is steps from you door and a wonderful time for all ages.- Truffle Cafe was our best meal.- Kilwins the best ice cream.Enjoy! We will stay here again!

Perfect location

This house in Sea Pines is in a wonderful location. The lagoon/marsh view was lovely, and it is steps to the beach. The house is bare bones—-make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels. Kleenex, soap. The main floor twin bedroom has an unacceptable bed that creaks with every movement. The upstairs toilet runs all night. The downstairs toilet had flushing/refilling issues as well. These issues were mentioned in earlier reviews—and have not been fixed since. The bikes are a little fun down, easier to rent new ones. And it was a little penny pincher to have to buy extra parking passes. Other than that the house was lovely and we really did enjoy our stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children) and big enough that 2 other family members stayed for part of the time. Well appointed and the screened porch overlooking the cove was a great place to relax.
