Located in the high Sonoran desert, Rancho North is proud to offer luxury condominium homes that combine first-class living with the beauty of its natural landscapes. Convenient, on-site amenities include heated resort-style pools and spas, cabanas, barbecue areas, fitness centers, and fire pit. Rancho North provides luxury, comfort and carefree living.

This is a brand new unit with every possible upgrade including custom wood flooring, granite countertops in kitchen, quartz countertops in laundry room and bathroom, antiqued creamy white kitchen cabinets, antique bronze fixtures throughout, walk-in tile master shower with round stone floor, and all upgraded appliances. Window treatments are the very best white wooden shutters and keep the place cool all the time.

This unit has absolutely the best view of this development. The outside patio looks directly at open desert mountain views. The front faces the beautifully landscaped pool and community areas.

The unit is completely furnished in a "rhinestone cowgirl" style offering a true feeling of rustic luxury. The kitchen and bathrooms contain essentials such as pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, coffee maker, spices etc. and bar seating for 3.

In addition to the bedrooms and living areas, there is a huge laundry room / mud room and an office with a view of the desert. Wifi is also included. I am not available in Cave Creek however, I can arrange a showing during normal business hours. I do accept dogs in most cases however, absolutely no cats are allowed.

Insane

The condo itself is beautiful. Experience. Awful. We checked in (luckily I figured out the condo number as it was never provided and the owner would not answer her phone and text messages took hours to get a response to) and the previous guest’s property, vehicle, and cat were still in the condo. We weren’t able to check in until a week after check in date and the condo still wasn’t cleaned. The previous guest showed up eventually to get his stuff. Owner of condo said she would leave the check out date open ended for us due to my grandmother going through cancer treatment and we didn’t know her last appointment date yet. Well the owner told us the night before she had double booked the condo and said we had to get out. She was able to push the new guests day out by one day so luckily we had time to pack and get my supremely sick grandmother, and thank god my parents showed up that night and they were able to help me. Even though we were told the new guest would be a day later, he still showed up and walked into the condo with no notice and us still in there and demanded to know what time we were leaving. The owner did reimburse a small portion of the amount we paid due to losing the first week we paid for, however this was the absolute worst experience for both my grandmother and myself. There was no accountability on the owner of the condos part or on vrbos part. I was just stuck with some dudes property and his cat and then we were shoved out with no notice. Absolutely insane. There are no words for how we were treated before, during, and after. I tried to keep the owner of the condo updated throughout this miserable experience but she just didn’t seem to care at all how this affected her guests. We also checked in with dirty linen, cat fur, pee on the floor, poop in the tub. Just seriously awful. Property is stunning. Experience for the amount I paid was not worth it. I had to clean the place before we could go to bed.

Some of Erica's comments are true and some are not. What is true is that I had a guest refuse to move out of my condo. This guest was mentally ill and he had the cats in my condo in spite of the fact that my listing specifically says no cats because I am allergic to cats. It is true that the condo wasn't cleaned. It is also true that I scheduled and paid for the cleaning just as I always do and the cleaning service never thought to mention to me that there were cats and the guest's belonging all over the condo. What is also true is that when I was made aware of the situation I immediately flew to Arizona and I not only had to pay the airfare which was huge but also I had to rent a hotel room only minutes away from my condo and that cost me too. What is also true is that I made VRBO aware of the situation and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the local authorities so I did. I met the officers at my condo and they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that they could do and that I should contact VRBO so I was stuck with no one helping me at all. What is also true that Erica neglected to mention is that I personally took all of his belongings and medication and cats and garbage and everything else and bagged it up and had it taken to the dump so that Erica and her grandmother could move in and then I personally helped them move in. What Erica also neglects to mention is that I refunded her $1,000 plus the cleaning fee which represented one third of her total cost even though she only lost 3 days out of her 43 nights at the condo. What Erica also doesn't know is that including the refund and the flights and the hotel and the airfare and additional cleaning fees I was out of pocket a total of $3000 on the deal which means that I earned only $500 on that 43 nights. The final truth is that I was absolutely mortified at the situation and I did everything possible to remedy the situation and I still get stuck with the blame. I own 3 rental properties that I have managed for the past 10 years and I have never even once gotten a bad review up until now.
