We had excellent communication with Stefani, she was very accommodating and helpful. The space was very nice. (Need no-slip mats in the showers)

The house was perfect for 3 couples, it even had a front porch to sit outside in the mornings & drink coffee. We loved it! Very clean & modern. Host was great as well!

Loved the property. It was everything the listing said it was and looked. Rooms were comfortable. Neighbors very friendly. No more than 20 mins or so from the quarters and parks. Would def rent this property again!!

This place had 3 lovely rooms with 3 full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to make Breakfast and Lunch each Day. The only complaint I would have was the parking. We either got blocked and could not park onto the driveway or all the parking was full we had to park a ways away.

We loved the house with its three separate bedrooms and baths. The living room/kitchen space was spacious and a great gathering spot. The dining table is also large and accommodating.

Little gem in a Quiet Neighborhood

This house was well maintained. The neighbors were very friendly. This property was close to all the activities we wanted to enjoy. It also was in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful and communication was very easy.

Nice house

The house was nice and it had a balcony. Parking more than one car was a little difficult. There were some things needing repair and wifi didn't work, but overall it was a nice stay. It's a duplex with 3 bedrooms on one side.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect place to get around NOLA. I’m actually from there but was in town to visit with family and for an event. Having my own bathroom is always a requirement when I need to share space and what Stefani did to this place is AMAZING!! It had everything we needed!! The only issue was the neighbor who complained everyday but it had nothing to do with were we lived! Our place was fabulous!!

First - I am a seasoned traveler. This was a business trip and there were three on our team to work. Second - For this property it would be a good location for two or three young couples or close friends - close enough to drive or to cab/lyft/uber etc. Third - I did not have any safety. concerns. Fourth - even though I did not hsve safety concerns, I would not bring a family with young children - the property/rooms are upstairs and there are no safety guards to prevent a child form falling down the stairs. However, let me say that if you out with friends/buddies and decide to just ‘chill’ one night without see NOLA at night, the upstairs deck has a pretty good view of the city and makes for a good opportunity to enjoy drinks. one of my team members and I had an ‘adult’ beverage on the deck, despite the cool weather, enjoying just sitting and chatting while looking at the city.

Our stay on the bottom floor of this unit was wonderful! We were able to use the parking space off the street beside the house and parked one car on the street without any problems. The house was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved the king size bed. One of the queen beds was a little firm. I suggest adding a couple of chairs to the living room space. We just pulled the chairs off the front porch to use inside. We hope to rent this space again next year.

Stefani (the hostess) was AMAZING!!! An enthusiastic two thumbs up!!! She was quick with responding to messages and was very open and clear with everything dealing with the house so there were no misunderstandings. The house was SUPER clean and in a great location!! Just minutes from the quarter. Quick access to the I-10, if that's what you're looking for. Me and my friends will FOR SURE be back to stay @ Stefani's!! Thanks so much Stefani. Our stay was GREAT!!!

"Relative"ly Wonderful

If you are looking for great communication with a host, Stefani is available to her guests with timely replies. Myself & 7 of my adult family members stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Originally there were going to be 10 and although the space may sleep 10, we would have been quite cramped. The place was very clean and loved having 3 bathrooms for so many of us. The location was great and easy to get to/from MSY airport and the neighbors were friendly. I am grateful Stefani was so responsive to our few issues (the sleep sofa not working on arrival nor our fridge/freezer). Our last night we did get access to the lower unit for fridge and freezer space after those guests left. The fridge repair tech came out on our last day (relatively fast in the repair world) - although unaware of these things prior to our stay, Stefani stepped up to do what she could during our vacation time to make it positive. Regardless of the issues, my relatives and I had a wonderful time in NOLA!

WONDERFUL HOST AND HOME

Stefani was an outstanding host! The house was exactly as described both written and pics except there was no kitchen island. We were there for the Super Bowl so the kitchen island was not an issue. Quick access to I-10 about 1.7 miles to Bourbon St cost us 25 Uber (including tip). Considering it was Super Bowl weekend and many streets around the Quarter were closed, we were thrilled with the ease of accesdibility. House is located in a quiet neighborhood however like most hotels/homes outside a 2 block radius of Bourbon St., walking from house to French Quarter is NOT recommend ded. Being able to find a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house in or around the French Quarter is very rare so this house was PERFECT! WiFi worked well, towels/ sheets were clean and we had an ample supply of towels for a 4 day-3 night stay. In summary, host and house are a rare find, close enough to French Quarter that allows for reasonably priced Uber and or taxi while providing a quiet oasis to return to after the crazy noisy Quarter!!! Stefani many thanks for being an outstanding host and making our Super Bowl trip possiible at a reasonable price!!!!

Our Review

This was a family trip to the New Orleans area. It started off quite rocky because some unpleasant neighbors yelled at my spouse about all the cars parked in front of his property. I had to address that immediately but not I wanted to start off our vacation. Apparently, the people who rented the other unit had multiple cars and utilized the driveway. There was street parking but nothing in front of the property and we had to wind up parking a block or two away from the property. The area is close to the French Quarter, which is nice, but there were quite a few sketchy folks at all hours of the night and early morning around the property. The property itself is fantastic and seems out of place to the other properties around it. We decided to leave a day early for a variety of reasons. The host was responsive and there were no issues with the communication.
