Mirar Oasis Resort is a north San Diego County private estate on a 5 acre commercial Avocado grove. Saltwater pool & spa. Heavily stocked home with all the conveniences you'd expect as if you were in your own home. Views are one-of-a-kind & expansive. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 1-story. Wrap around stone patio & outdoor dining area. Fast Wi-Fi. Unique vegetation and fruit trees. Pond & waterfall, and firepit. Large family room w/ 8ft pool table, corn hole & games along w/85 inch TV, 5:1 Surround Sound & PS4 & PS4 games. Minutes to Escondido restaurants, breweries, wineries, casinos, hiking, beaches, Zoo Safari Park and Legoland!

Pets:
The pool area is chain link fenced all around. There is also a smooth rock path on the side of the house by family room restroom that is idea for dogs to use for potty. However, because the home is remote and on acreage, we suggest to supervise your dog while outside in case of rattlesnakes. There are two medium size dog bed cushions and dog dishes.

PLEASE NOTE: Supplemental pool heat may be necessary during the colder times of the year and IS an additional charge. Please reach out before you book to confirm the supplemental pool heat additional charges.

Security Cameras:
Because the property sits on acreage, there are security and surveillance cameras. Surveillance and recording devices on property - Video surveillance system with 3 outside cameras covering the front and driveway and back/pool area of the house. The cameras will be active and recording during the reservation.
Location of cameras:
1. External Front door - looking out to front patio and pond
2. External west side of house - looking out to driveway
3. External west/north back of house - looking out to back patio and pool.

Oh, my goodness, words that best fit the excellent abode, its energy, and the exceptional hosts, Mr. Craig and Mrs. Julie. We created much family fun, love, and honoring a special someone in this beautiful home. There was nothing we needed during our stay; the hosts ensured there was much more than necessities available. The designer-quality interior, deep-saltwater pool, hot tub, grand landscape, and views were the perfect backdrops for our occasion. Even more, communication with the hosts was easy and welcoming; they were always available to assist. Mr. Craig and Mrs. Julie are more than accommodating. They are a fantastic team. Nothing less. Once again, to reiterate my and my family's impression of our stay: Oh, my goodness!

We decided to spend the Labor Day weekend in the San Diego area, choosing a location that was neither too close nor too far from the city. The property is beautifully situated, allowing us to genuinely relax—exactly what we needed! Most of our time was spent outdoors by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The entire property is well-maintained and spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with everything we needed. The house is spacious, making it perfect for a family getaway. Communication with the property management is quick, easy, and efficient. We hope to return soon for another stay, as we had a wonderful time at Miramar Oasis.

We had a truly wonderful stay and Mirar Oasis Resort. We are a family of 6, with teenagers - and this was the perfect home for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also connected and sociable. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication from the hosts was great. And of course the pool and the view - stunning! The pool is a really great size, the hot tub was lovely, and the setting is really special. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! And we will definitely be back for another trip when we’re back in the area. The views out the back patio and over the pool are amazing views of the valley! So quiet and peaceful!Craig and Julie are wonderful hosts who are very detailed and responsive. The welcome binder was very helpful with notes about the house and area recommendations. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the game room was a hit with our teenagers, and the highlight was the pool and hot tub. 100% recommend!

Perfect getaway!

What an amazing property! It was perfect for a “get away from it all” vacation with our family. The house is very well stocked. The view is incredible! We enjoyed the spa and pool table. The layout of the house is really nice for our adult kids and their significant others so they could have their own space. It was nice to be able to walk to the park trail from the house (very hilly though!). We appreciated the communication from the hosts! If you are looking for a place away from it all, we would highly recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our group was in town for a funeral in Escondido, just about 25 minutes away. This home was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after all the emotional toll that a funeral can bring. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. We especially enjoyed sitting and visiting on the back patio, overlooking the valley below, or just taking in the soothing sounds of the waterfall while sitting quietly by the front pond. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, should the need arise.

We had such a relaxing enjoyable time with our grandchildren at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all slept comfortably. The pool was amazing! The view was breathtaking and the kids would spend all day in the water if we let them! Julie and Craig were so easy to work with and very responsive to any needs we had. We would love to make this an annual vacation for family time. We are thankful to have found a perfect spot in SoCal to visit!
