This colorful, recently updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom ground level home is delightfully placed just a block and a half from the fine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open floor plan is so inviting with comfortable furnishings and whimsical island flair to make this a wonderful relaxing home. There is a lovely screened in porch with seating for four to enjoy a morning coffee and look out over the water. The living room as comfy couches, Wi-Fi services, and large flat-screen TV for relaxing with fellow guests. The updated galley kitchen has white appliances and more than enough counter space to prepare meals. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and a half-bathroom with sink and toilet.

With just a short walk to the beach, guests can find adult bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and toys to take with them to make their day at the beach enjoyable. It even has a hot and cold shower outside behind a privacy fence to rinse of the beach before coming inside.

The free island trolley/bus runs every 20 min and will take you the length of the island in both directions. Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of Anna Maria island. Whether you’re a bird watcher, shell collector, fishing enthusiast, or master gardener, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Our sugar sand beaches are strewn with seashells and are well populated by shore birds, sea turtles and dolphins.
