Folsom lake is just 10-15 minutes away & major attractions like the Harris Performing Arts Center, Aquatic Center & Palladio mall are just down the road. There is easy access to the freeway and you could even walk to nearby restaurants and cafes like Peets Coffee. You'll be glad you stayed here!!

Newer home in a quiet established neighborhood, this house is perfect for families and groups. The house is located in central Folsom off a main thoroughfare, East Bidwell. Along East Bidwell you can find major shopping retailers, dining and entertainment. You will be very pleased with how close you are to nearly every major convenience store, generally within 5-10 minutes of retailers like Target, Costco, Walmart, 99 Ranch, a variety of drug stores, and gas stations. Also within 5-10 minutes are numerous fast food restaurants, casual dining options and excellent local mom and pop shops offering a wide variety of cuisines. Ask us for dining recommendations! You can find live theater shows and concerts playing every weekend at the Harris Center or take your kids to the nearby Folsom Aquatic Center. Stroll through charming Old Folsom with the family or pick up some new gear at the Folsom Outlet Shops or at the outdoor Palladio shopping mall. Catch a movie at one of 3 different local movie theaters, including the Palladio Luxe Theater where seats can fully recline while ordering food and beverages, including alcohol, delivered straight to your seat. Take advantage of Folsom's numerous trails for biking and hiking and catch the gorgeous sunset out at Folsom Lake. After a full day, come back to the Bidwell Beauty to unwind and relax in our yard equipped with new patio furniture, a firepit table and BBQ grill. You might even be able to pick some fruit off our fruit trees to snack on during your visiting (the fig and cherry trees are always popular)! If visiting areas outside Folsom, you'll find we are conveniently located between Tahoe, Reno, Napa Valley and Sacramento. There is plenty to do and see!

Parking is free. The home can sleep up to 13 guests in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 regular twin beds, 2 twin trundle beds, 1 full sofa bed, 1 twin sofa bed and a generously sized sectional sofa. Please note that the pull out twin trundle beds and sofa beds are better suited to smaller adults or kids. The house is fully stocked with all bedding, towels/lines, basic necessities like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, (we do not provide toothpaste) and kitchen and cooking supplies including a Keurig.

Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. No loud noises, music or conversations in the backyard or courtyard between 10pm-7am. THIS HOME IS NOT EVENT FRIENDLY.

Park on our property first. If you have additional vehicles in your group that will not all fit on our property, then please park on the street but not directly in front of our neighbors' front door.

NO SMOKING inside the home. If smokers are in your group, they must smoke outside and dispose of their cigarettes responsibly. We do assess a $200 extra cleaning fine if the home smells excessively of cigarette or if we have to pick up after cigarette butts in the yard.

NO PETS

Please be aware that the home is equipped with video surveillance equipment all around the perimeter of the home for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. We reserve the right to evict you if you hold parties or gatherings at the home without our prior consent. Parties/gatherings may be subject to additional fees and deposits.
