Perfect condo on the beach for my wife and me along with another couple. The deck is fantastic providing a great place to see amazing sunrises while enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning.

We have stayed at this property several times. The hosts are wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. The enormous covered balcony is where we gathered most. This property is a short walk along the beach to Ocean Grill & Tiki bar. Had the best burger and ribs there. They also make a delicious margarita! We were also fortunate to see a school of at least 20 dolphins one morning. A beautiful sight to see. Looking forward to returning next year.

This was our second time staying in this awesome condo! It exceeds expectations and is in the perfect location- waking up each morning to have a cup of coffee on the porch is a highlight. The hosts are easy to work with and kind. I highly recommend this sweet spot!

We had the best time at this condo. The ocean view from the massive porch was great. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean in our PJs on the porch. The beach access is very close to the building and is a ramp for the most part with 4 steps down to the beach which made hauling gear with a wagon doable with two people. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off, and the owners provide access to a locked storage space downstairs so we didn't have to drag sandy gear inside. The owners are incredibly responsive. You could tell they spend time there as a home away from home as it appeared to have everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location! The condo is lovely and the back deck is wonderful. We enjoyed many dinners and morning tea on the back porch. One warning: watch the parking! I got a ticket for parking in beach parking that I didn’t realize was not part of condo parking.

Parking - yes, can easy understand that you probably missed the “Public Parking Signs” posted on the lot just right of the building parking spaces. They will ticket if you park and don’t pay for the public parking spaces as , you found out.

The home was as pictured, if not better! The expansive patio is certainly a highlight and where we spent much of our time. Plenty of space on the back patio for dining and then also lounging. The inside was also comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The home was well equipped with everything one would need for a home away from home. Excellent communication from the hosts! We would certainly stay again and hope to return in the future.

We have stayed at this condo several times. It is a beautiful, well maintained condo with an amazing large covered deck and is equipped with everything you need while away from home. The hosts are wonderful to work with and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The condo is close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo if your destination is the Carolina Beach arae.

My husband and I love the Beach. This is our getaway beach front home that provides the relaxation and comfort -that get's us away from it all! Every year we upgrade the condo making it better and better each year. We listen to the many guests that have stayed here year after year and upgrade to their expectations. Like most of our guests, we spend most of the time on the "huge deck" - very unique in Carolina Beach. Their we can see the dolphins (if we are fortunate), enjoy our morning coffee/bfast and wine/dinner in the evenings. Also, unique is that we have a 2nd deck off the guest room that is directly over the full size pool area. Great if you have children/grand children as you can watch them from the condo. We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do and our many returning guests each year!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo has it all! Beach Front, Huge Deck (very few have a deck this size) - Almost another living area in size! Full size Pool. Most condos only have "small wading pools". The sunrise views are truly amazing. Large Beautiful Beach with lifeguard stand on beach just outside our building (added safety).

8) Modern fire protection system that includes fireproofed fire resistant sheet-rock underneath building, heat detection system, temporal fire alarm signals/sounds and smoke detectors in each condo unit. (Most complexes don't have this added protection).
9)Location - Large Sandy Beach, Quiet, Family Friendly but close enough to walk to restaurants, tiki bar, CB board walk, Bike or walk the new Green-way just down street, hike the 3 mile loop at the state park on the island.
