I traveled with my daughter for Spring Break after Florida plans fell through. We had never been to this beach but have visited many on the Carolina coast. The weather didn’t cooperate but we did get one all day beach day. There was plenty to do within a short drive! We did a lot of shopping and even found our Easter dresses. We went to stores we don’t have at home. We did our own little tour of finding One Tree Hills series houses, bridge, and buildings. We got permanent matching bracelets at Tiny Weld. We walked the River Walk in Wilmington and took in sites. We visited Arlie Gardens with the tulips in full bloom and the beautiful Spanish Moss with the oak tree over 400 years old. Don’t forget all of the great food! This condo is decorated perfectly in my opinion. It’s new and beachy but in a simple way! Everything is functional. The condo was very clean. The deck and the view can’t be beat! You can watch the sunrise from the Master bedroom or the living room and deck in your PJ’s! The furniture on the deck is awesome for relaxing or eating a meal with the ocean view and sounds. We loved that the linens are all provided. The first floor definitely makes it nice to carry in luggage and groceries. They had plenty of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap etc to start or possibly last your trip. Communication was great with the owners. We would definitely return.

We have stayed at this condo several times. It is a beautiful, well maintained condo with an amazing large covered deck and is equipped with everything you need while away from home. The hosts are wonderful to work with and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The condo is close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo if your destination is the Carolina Beach arae.

Our favorite place was the deck with an unobstructed view of beach. The deck was like an extension of the condo with carpeting and lounge furniture as well as a dining table. It was just like the photo. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the moon shimmering on the ocean. Decor is very beachy, cheerful and clean. We would definitely plan another vacation here.

We had a relaxing time in this cozy condo! Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to work with and communicated well prior to and following our time at the beach. The view is phenomenal from the deck and the condo is centrally located to restaurants and activities for the kids!

We spent 5 wonderful days at the beach. The weather did not always cooperate, but that was ok, because the deck was very comfortable and expansive. We did not to spend time on the beach, just more time out on the deck. The condo was very clean and relaxing. The bed was comfortable. We ate dinners out and made a lite breakfast in the kitchen. We would definitely come!back!!

This was our second stay at this lovely property. It was well maintained, convenient and spacious. We enjoyed the entire week, and will definitely look forward to staying here again. Great upgrades & deck

We had a great 5 day stay here. The upgrades to the condo are really nice, and the deck is huge, well furnished and a terrific place to hang out when you don’t want to be on the beach. Michael and Michelle are top notch hosts. Carolina Beach is fun and low key with lots of great dining options. This is a great rental.

My husband and I love the Beach. This is our getaway beach front home that provides the relaxation and comfort -that get's us away from it all! Every year we upgrade the condo making it better and better each year. We listen to the many guests that have stayed here year after year and upgrade to their expectations. Like most of our guests, we spend most of the time on the "huge deck" - very unique in Carolina Beach. Their we can see the dolphins (if we are fortunate), enjoy our morning coffee/bfast and wine/dinner in the evenings. Also, unique is that we have a 2nd deck off the guest room that is directly over the full size pool area. Great if you have children/grand children as you can watch them from the condo. We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do and our many returning guests each year!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo has it all! Beach Front, Huge Deck (very few have a deck this size) - Almost another living area in size! Full size Pool. Most condos only have "small wading pools". The sunrise views are truly amazing. Large Beautiful Beach with lifeguard stand on beach just outside our building (added safety).
