Great Stay
We had a great stay at unit. Right on the bus route which was our first time riding the bus.. Used it everyday to get to and from the mountain and to go downtown every night. Unit was great, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Thank you and hope to be back

Space for Two
This was my first time staying in a studio. Plenty of space for me and my adult daughter. I didn't ready the amenities listing closely, so didn't realize there wasn't a dishwasher or laundry (which would have been nice, just not necessary).
There was plenty of linens, dishes and kitchen ware.

Thank you for staying at our Prospector 616 home! The Prospector studios are quite spacious and the downtown location is perfect for a Park City get away. There is a laundry facility on site as well as a ski rental shop, hot tub and 24 hour staffing! We'd love to welcome you back any time.

Disaster
It wasn’t clean. There was a male membrane written in the window and when I notified the management, they said they don’t clean the windows. Carpet was dirty. There was toenails on the bathroom floor (not ours). We were locked out of our room a day before departure because they wrote the check out date wrong. Only a blackout curtain so you couldn’t open blinds unless you wanted everyone to see your business. Overall, horrible.

Disaster and overall horrible was unfortunately the same experience we had with this guest. The last guest at this location just provided a 5-star review. This guest's feedback is simply not accurate. The home is professionally cleaned prior to any guest stay and is a lovely place to stay. We would not choose to host this guest again, but do wish them all the best in their future travels.

We had a very difficult time dealing with the management co to get the items and amenities that were advertised when we
Rented the condo. We have stayed in another unit in this same complex and the experience was lovely. We would have booked there again but it was not available. We expected a similar experience.
First of all it was advertised to sleep 4. The pull out sofa bed was
Broken so we were told we would have a queen blow up mattress. We had a twin. Todd who is the only professional employee we dealt with did deliver a queen mattress
When we arrived we had 4 towels , 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes.
The bathroom floor was very cold and we asked for a bathroom mats. We also went to hot tub and were told we had to use our condo towels. We
Asked man co and were told we only get 1 towel each to use for our 6 day visit. I answered that was not sanitary to use same towel for hot tub and bath especially for 6 days. We also asked for another blanket for the blow up mattress .
The floor was very cold and ended up using the brown blanket from closet under mattress for
Warmth.
We did get the blanket and floor mats. NOT towels
When we arrived we had 1 roll of toilet tissue and 1 almost empty on the roll. 1 tissue box with only about 4 tissues... we asked for more and was told what we have is all we get.
We only had 3 coffee mugs so had to ask for another and it was delivered .
We kept hurting our feet along the carpet from the little nails or tacks used to install the carpet.
It was painful and should be addressed. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling... do not believe the bathroom is vented properly.
Needless to say this stay was not what we expected especially since we stayed in the same complex before and had a WONDERFUL experience.

We will title our response with a variation of the review post title. "Disappointed" …This definitely fits for both the host and the guest. Everything that was advertised at the condo was provided. Regardless, we sent staff out 3 times to provided additional items. Some of the items were specifically purchased to provide for guest satisfaction. It became clear that, regardless of effort, the guest was simply not satisfied. It was not for lack of trying. Although we would not choose to host this guest again, we do wish her all the best in her future travels. We hope the reader will not let this reviewer sway them away from booking this lovely condo. We're always happy to help and host our guests!
