The penthouse is minutes away Atlantic Station,SCAD, Piedmont Park, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the Fox Theatre just to name a few

Conveniently nestled among Speciality shops, spas, 5 star restaurants and plenty of shopping.

One Bedroom with Queen Bed
Freshly laundered white lines and 4 standard comfy pillows. 42' Smart TV with unlimited streaming. White tiled floors throughout bedroom leading to walk in closet and newly renovated bathroom. The walk- in closet has a safe to store valuables, an orange bench for easy dressing and a luggage rack. You will also find 2 freshly laundered robes to relax in while visiting with Southern Charm.

Bathroom
Courtesy toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, powder, shower cap, feminine supplies and deodorant, just in case you forgot yours. 3 fresh white bath towels, 2 hand towels, 3 facecloths, 2 pairs of disposable slippers and hair dryer.

The spa shower has courtesy bath wash, shampoo, conditioner and a small stoop. The shower has 6 different water ways

The toilet is a remote controlled bidet complete with a warm seat.

Master Kitchen
Completely stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, drinking glasses, wine glass, oversized plates, bowls, mugs and shot glasses.

Smart stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Wine cooler comes stocked with customary flavored wine coolers and beers. The refrigerator has waters, wine and sodas.

We Loved It

Great location; nice to have gated parking and a definite spot that is yours. Relatively close to a lot of things. I personally love that this place doesn’t have carpet, but tiled floor. Perfect space for a couple. Has everything you would need. Great communication with owner.

Difficult check in but great home.

Really nice place, comfortable and well stocked. Very difficult check in process, but it seemed like unusual circumstances so probably a one time issue. Will probably stay here again, it was great.

I enjoyed my stay, everything was good but the apartment needs upgrades. Decor was ok but the walls need to be painted and the patio door lock wasn’t working without the latch so we put a chair at the door at night. But overall I enjoyed the home

The property was lovely, clean, and convenient to everything Atlanta has to offer. Not a single detail was overlooked! The owners and management staff were communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and everything was very close. We rented a Audi Q5 and it fit perfectly in the garage. Having a parking spot made the visit much more pleasant.

Cute Little Place

Nice little place. Very clean. Great location. Had issues with lock box to get the key on the way in and out. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come help open it, but owner was nice and responsive and had someone come by. It was noisy from the bedroom as it is near the highway, but some people might not mind the white noise. Disappointed only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues in unit. I left some for the next person. Oddly, unit had plenty of tampons, shower caps and a condom though. Auto soap pump by bathroom sink doesn't work well.

This was a great spot to stay at. The host communication was beyond what I expected. They answered each and every question or concern I had. The apartment was very nice with several upgrades. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Great Location & Amenities!

We had a short stay in the ATL before we headed home to FL. The location was great; beautiful neighborhood! The kitchen was spectacular; a real gourmet kitchen! We love to cook! The shower was ahhhhhmazing! We also loved the surround sound so much we had a movie night. The host was gracious. She even left us some delicious goodies, and adult beverages! We felt special! Thank you!!!!

Simply Amazing!

Once you enter the penthouse, you will meet with luxury straight on. This penthouse is stunning. You will feel pampered from the start. We love to research heavily to find the best wherever we stay, and this one did not disappoint. Wonderful stay and definitely the most luxurious VRBO we’ve ever stayed in overall. Thank you for everything, I am a germ freak and this place was immaculate!!!
