The house is luxurious and elegant and has been created using the best of everything. Carefully thought out by owners, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. Large glass section brings the magnificient panoramic views inside the villa and make the indoor and outdoor life merge together.
Built as a family home, a reflection of modern family attitudes, it has large and incredibly light and airy rooms opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living.
Villa is ideal for 8 guests. On the ground floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and anything you need to prepare delicious meals connected with spacious living room.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become an open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is extra toilet for common use also on the same floor.
Moving to the outside area of the property you will find a pool with stunning views of the turquoise bay. Also there is a part with barbecue and dining area.
On the first floor you will find 4 fully equipped bedrooms with king beds air condition system and modern designed bathrooms with walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and two other bedrooms share one bathroom. In front the 3 double bedrooms is a beautiful terrace where you will enjoy in stunning views of the Elafiti islands and this will be your first look when you wake up in the morning.

The pebble and rocky beach is 700 meters from the house and famous Sun Garden Resort is only 2 minutes driving from the house. In the resort it is possible to use tennis courts, mini golf and other sports facilities, spa, gym at an extra cost. For your memorable nights, there are local restaurants serving local food only 4 minutes driving by car in Zaton bay.

Villa offer barbecue, free wireless Internet connection, air conditioning, hair dryers in every bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, SAT TV, 8 sun beds and towels on the pool will be provided for you.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
Private secure parking for more then 2 cars and basically all the things that you would need during your stay.

We have always acted in a way that protects your well-being and this continues to be our priority.
While we have always taken cleaning seriously we have taken additional initiatives to meet rules and guidelines from governmental and health authorities, (such as the use of personal protective equipment, as well as disinfectants that are approved by regulatory authorities). We also offer extra cost transfer from the airport directly to the villa with a large van to make fell comfortable.
