Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering slopeside access to hiking and biking trails. Unit 104 is an end unit offering great privacy. The lower level entrances allow for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking right out your door! You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This access makes it very convenient to meet back at the condo for a midday break or quick lunch. Ski-in Ski-out to your door.

This newly renovated condo is a standout at the Shadowbrook offering a contemporary decor unlike any other. The open floor plan of the upper level with warm soothing tones invites you settle in and relax. The full kitchen with island offers a perfect spot for great conversation with your traveling companions while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Prepare a great dinner for all to enjoy together at the dining table or a late night snack for movie watching. The balcony looks right out to the seasonal pool and hot tub area as well as the ski slope.

This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a sleeping den on the upper level. The master suite on the lower level features a king bed, flat screen TV and private entrances right out to the ski slope access. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and has a twin sofa sleeper and the master offers an inviting sitting area in front of a gas fireplace. The sleeping den has a pull-down murphy bed, en-suite bath and an accordion door for privacy. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level.

Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this condo. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

Modern mountain living with true ski-in/ski-out access!

We have stayed in Shadowbrook buildings in the past and this one is stunning. Excellent living space with the option for a third “bedroom” by converting the dining room. Kitchen is perfect size for 3-4 adults - it’s fully stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal. The location cannot be beat - you can ski up to the building and only walk 20-30 steps to get to your unit’s back door. Parking is on the same level as the unit which sounds silly but makes loading/unloading a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a really great stay! The condo was spotless, the pool/hot tub were amazing and close to the property. We could walk to the Snowmass mall and there is a covered parking spot out front. We had an amazing time and want to book it again!

Great Spot

Great spot, close to shopping and restaurants. We rode the Bike Park for 3 days and it was a perfect location to get to the lifts. The grounds and pool were exceptional. Excellent experience!

Aspen Snowmass Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We liked that the condo was a short walk to the Snowmass Mall which was convenient for dining, shopping, and catching the bus to the other ski mountains. The ski-in-ski-out location was also great! The hot tub was soothing after a full day of skiing. The parking for our vehicle was convenient.

True ski in-ski out property! I walked 70ft to the snow. Location is also excellent, right in the middle between the Snowmass Mall and Base Village. The RFTA Snowmass Mall station was also right there and convenient to access the other aspen mountains. Interiorly, the property was also excellent, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The heated pool and hottub were a plus!

Location!

Excellent location for days at Snowmass and amenities after the slopes are closed. So nice to be able to ski right out each day. In the evenings it was an easy walk to the Mall or even the Village. Convenient to the Brush Creek Park & Ride if you have a car to catch the free bus to other mountains. Property was super comfortable, and we loved having the bedrooms downstairs. Living area was great and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for summer mountain biking

Well equipped kitchen with Weber grill on deck with NG line. Plenty of room to spread out with spacious two bedrooms. Minutes to walk or ride to various mountain biking trails. Parking was spacious enough for full size pickup truck. The bike storage room is a public room for residents. Suggest bringing cable and lock for additional security. We had no issues. Pool/hot tub is gorgeous with nice landscaping. Would definitely rent this location again!

Great condo on the ski hill - close to hiking paths and restaurants

This was a very nice condo, in a quiet building along the ski hill. It was easily walkable to both the lower and upper Snowmass Villages, with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed hiking right from our door. The small pool and hot tubs were never crowded - in fact, we were often the only ones there (summer month). Overall a great place to stay and we could see ourselves coming back to stay again. Only complaint we had was the cost of the "cleaning fee" which seemed too high for VRBO properties of this size.

Great condo and location

Excellent unit and very responsive property management staff. The lock for the front door did not work when we arrived, luckily we could get in a back door with the code. They were able to get all doors working the next day. Only complaint is the master bed was not very comfortable and the pillows on all beds were some of the firmest, hard pillows I've ever used. My young kids could not use them as they were massive and didn't sleep well. Management brought out some replacements which were the same consistency. I would suggesting bringing your own pillows. The rest of the condo was great and we enjoyed our visit.

Shadowbrook 104

We just stayed five nights in 104 Shadowbrook. The unit was in good condition and very clean. The location is excellent with Ski In - Ski Out and only a 5 minute walk to Snowmass Mall and the Snowmass Bus Station. It's also easy to take the Mall Gondola down to Snowmass Village. The kitchen was very well stocked with various utensils and was laid out well for meal prep. The master bedroom was ENORMOUS complete with a fireplace, sitting area and fabulous shower. The guest bedroom was spacious, as well. It was an easy walk to the slope-side hot tubs and the gas fireplace was welcome after a day on the slopes. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how attentive and responsive the iTrip staff was. We had no major issues, just small questions which were all answered accurately and quickly. We'd definitely stay at 104 Shadowbrook again!

Summer 2022

We had a great stay at Shadowbrook. The location is perfect - it’s one level below the Village Mall and about three levels above the Base Village. Snowmass is on the side of a mountain so everything is either an uphill walk or downhill walk. Great thing is that there is a free gondola that runs all day between the mall and base, so if we went downhill to the base village instead of walking back up we could take the gondola instead. The condo itself is updated nicely and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We could walk out from our lower level rooms to easily get to the pool and the upper level balcony overlooked beautiful aspens and the pool area and slopes off to the right. Communication with the mgmt office was easy via text, but we didn’t have any problems that required maintenance. The only con I can think of is that the mattress and pillows were too firm for me and my husband but that’s personal preference. I would stay at Shadowbrook again if I go back to Snowmass!

Well located & updated condo

This condo suited our group of five well for a ski week in Snowmass - it had a nice and well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation easy, and three separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. Hot tob was nice and the ski locker was handy. It was just a minute or two walk from the locker to the hill, and a 30 second slide down to the Village Express lift. The layout of the condo is a bit awkward - there is no front hall, so as soon as you walk in you are in the kitchen, and there is not much space for taking ski boots off if more than one person enters at a time. There is a winding staircase right by the front door leading to the lower level where the bedrooms are, so best not to have bags that are heavy or unwieldy. (tough for a ski trip) We had a few maintenance issues - the fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't work, and the heat was preset and we could not control it. It took a few days to regulate that, and many visits from representatives. That said, the mgmt company was very responsive and helpful, and brought us space heaters to assist.
