You will appreciate the fine details found in the kitchen cabinetry, custom log furnishings, river rock fireplace and the high vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The sectional sofa is a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass have to offer. The open concept living and kitchen area creates an ideal space to gather while preparing meals and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

This 3 bedroom condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This vacation rental features 2 master bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed and both featuring en-suite baths with separate double vanity areas. The third bedroom has a custom made full bunk bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and flat screen TV. This bedroom is perfect for adults or children.

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain. From your balcony your view is expanded to include the area mountains. The balcony is a great spot to unwind while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a convenient guest laundry room located on the first floor of the building. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!
