Come visit Lake Lanier and stay in our ***GUEST SUITE*** fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry room & private entrance.

We are about a mile in a half from a boat dock with great views of the lake.

The space
This guest suite has a beautiful, cozy living room with a tv, sound system, and DVD player. The guest suite has WiFi so you can connect to the internet if needed. There is a full-size kitchen with most everything you need for cooking. Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and a sink. It also has silverware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, baking pans, glasses, dinnerware, mixing bowls & a Kuerig coffee maker.

Note: There is a 71 degree limit for AC in fall and winter months and 72 degree limit for heat. There is a $100 fee to change the limit up or down by 3 degrees for your stay.

There is 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, two night stands, a dresser, two lamps and a large closet for hanging clothes.

A bathroom that has a shower/tub, sink and a blow dryer.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer free for you to use.

We are less than a mile walk to views of Lake Lanier. We live in a peaceful, quiet part of town and you are more than welcome to use the space outside the apartment for the bbqing and relaxing.

Notes to Travelers:
The guest suite is on bottom floor so there is potential for noise to take place from 6am to 11pm.

There is a ring doorbell and a SimpliSafe Door Lock.

Please do not go beyond the black gates. :)

Very Clean and Comfortable Apartment

Great relaxing getaway

This has to be one of the most adorable places my wife and I have stayed at. Quiet, right off a busy road to the lake. Very easy access to the lake or whatever you may need!! Highly recommend this place for a weekend or even longer. The hosts were amazing!!! Minor details and notes inside were a special touch, but so caring!! Absolutely A+

Phish 2021 - Concerts at Alpharetta Ameris Ampitheater

My son and I stayed at the property so we could attend two Phish concerts at Ameris Ampitheater in Alpharetta. The rental worked out well for my son and I. I stayed in the bedroom and my son slept on the sleeper sofa. All the accommodations were very nice and the owners provided a lot of great info to help in your stay including restaurants, groceries, things to do, etc. The driveway is a little narrow to turn around but the owner let me know I was welcome to use the grass to turn around. Thanks. The place was perfect for our stay.

We loved staying here! It’s very clean and comfortable and has the perfect touches to make you feel at home. We spent our time on Lake Lanier and loved how convenient it was to the lake. Slice of Relaxation!!

We loved the set up of this property, decorations, cleanliness, floor design, amenities, and ease of using this property. Jasmine has an eye for decorating and we found everything in perfect runny order. Sat outside and had a glass of wine as the sun set. They had pretty white lights on in the back yard, birds were singing and the weather nice and cool. Very safe and clean and easy access to the interstate. Will come back here again.

Noisy Place.

Rules attached to walls all over the rental. Had no television for two days. Was told garage door was going to be worked on for a couple of hours. Garage door was worked on full day. Constant running around above us. Dog barking. Heard argument. Only nice thing was the people delivered a small Thanksgiving plate of food because I was injured on a hike. The owners need to follow their own rules. This place was by no means quiet and it is no place for an impaired person to stay. Our last night we left and found a hotel near the airport. So we lost out on one day of payment. Sincerely, Mislead Couple.

From the moment we got there we noticed how clean and cozy the place was. From there it only gets better. The entire time we were there we were able to enjoy our |Anniversary just the way we wanted. Hidden Gem in Cumming GA

Property was perfect for our little family of 4! Very close to many restaurants, stores, the beautiful Lake Lanier, and a quick drive to Atlanta. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and provide a beautiful home with lots of extras for a very reasonable price. Would surely stay again.

My family had a blast! The location is perfect and we had an amazing time!Jasmine was so kind.

It was hard to leave to enjoy some of the easily accessible activities in the area. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool and the barbecue area in the backyard. We look forward to coming again in the future.

The rest of my family stayed at Legacy Lodge on lake Lanier. Its close to the action, but your place was a much better quality, and it was nice to get away from covid!!
