Welcome to 67A in The Bend. There are many memories to be made in one of the most unique brick masonry cottages in town. This home combines craftsmanship and functionality to provide the happiest home away from home.

Besides the stunning details that make this home picture perfect, it allows you the luxury of a gorgeous view of the lake and space for everyone. Enjoy gathering with family and friends in the open concept living and dining. Unwind from the day and catch a sunset on on the large front porch overlooking the nature preserve and Lake Eufaula.
Upstairs, guests can take their pick of either the stylish King master with private balcony and sitting area or the quaint queen guest room just down the hall with a lake view. Steps away there is a fun bunk room for the kids or the "kids at heart"with a full size bed and two twin beds as well as a 3rd story sleeping loft with three more twin beds. Because you are staying on The Bend, guests here can take advantage of the private courtyard,outdoor dining table for up to 12, and sitting area, and fire pit located nearby. Kids and adults will love the large, grassy common area for walks, games and fun. Book now before it's too late. One of a kind cottage = one of a kind vacation.

the Perfect Home for a Perfect Day

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, the finishings, and just the overall appeal of this home. We were able to secure a golf cart for the trip as well and that made it even more convenient for travel around Carlton. The multi-level room was perfect for the girls, allowing each one to have their own space. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our kids' highlight was the loft, bunk beds, and green space! The Campfire spot with the tables and chairs was perfect for smores! Its conveniently located near the park, and the meeting house. The adults enjoyed sitting in the porch area! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us and accommodating our request to get our dog!

Big Family Fun

Our family of six enjoyed a 3-night stay in this wonderful house and couldn't have had more fun. The big kids loved the loft bedroom and the babies had plenty of room to crawl and nap. Very clean and orderly. Seamless check-in/out. And the house is perfectly located within a short walking distance to so many amenities and has wonderful lake views.

Darling architectural wonder!

What an amazing architecturally designed home! We decided it was Modern Farmhouse with all the updates. This is our 3rd stay at CL and 67A was our favorite! ❤️ We will definitely stay here again!

Minor issues, overall great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the parking spot for this unit is behind all of the other units, so either park on the side road and unload at the front door quickly, or be prepared to make several trips. Upon arrival, we brought everything from the parking spot to the front door where we found no keypad. A quick & easy call to the management company directed us to the back door. The home is stunning both outside and inside!! The photos don’t do it Justice, truly. As we unpacked in our respective rooms, we found the house to be very dusty & it appeared that no one had been there in awhile. There were cobwebs in every corner and on every light fixture and a thick layer of dust on everything, especially the pendant lights above the island. We spent our first 30 mins there vacuuming the webs and dusting. Hopefully any guests staying after us found the house cleaner than we did. There were ants on the kitchen counter daily, but only 2-3 at a time and we could never track them to any specific point of entry. Aside from those issues that I emailed and reported to the management company & never got a reply back...the house was great! The towels & starter toiletries were plentiful. The beds/pillows were comfortable. And Carlton Landing itself is just an absolute gem! There was construction directly across the street the whole week we were there, but the workers were respectful, never starting before 7:30 or 8am and always finishing around 5-6pm. The house is on an outer road, so it seemed more peaceful than central CL would be. If you want to be able to easily walk to the lake & food, a more centrally located house would be better, I myself enjoyed the quiet that this location brought. Overall, minor issues that wouldn’t hinder another stay.

Amazing house and location. All around great experience!

Reviewer Comments: I traveled with my small family of 4 and a couple that are friends of ours, so the house itself was an amazing experience with its beautiful design style, it’s fun set up, all the “starter supplies” offered, and the location with a partial lake view. We absolutely loved everything about the house and everything it came with such as an old fashion plastic drink pitcher for us to make the kids lemonade. Everything was what I would consider to be at least 4.5 out of 5 stars. However, I wanted to mention for the owners or property management that there were a noticeable amount of ants around the kitchen sink and window despite the fact that there was no food out when we arrived or on our first day, and we didn’t leave any food or snacks out. So, someone may want to look into that to prevent problems from ants. Also, there was a good size stain in the ceiling on the first floor in the area next to the stairs that appeared light yellow in tint and the size of about 2 square feet maybe. Someone may want to check that out in case there is a leak above that ceiling area? I never noticed any moisture there or leaking. None of those things bothered us, but I wanted to mention it in case no one was aware. The only thing I would have enjoyed that could have added to the service by the rental company is possibly adding into the reservation emails and trip planning info could be some additional contact information/recommendations for things we could pay for to have additional services added to our trip such as grocery delivery, a masseuse that can come to the rental for an additional fee, or private cook who can come to make a meal/meals at our rental. None of that is necessary obviously, but given the option to have information at our fingertips of what we can add to the experience during a trip it always makes the trip feel more adventurous when we have more information given to us by a local who knows of some fantastic and fun offerings we can try wh

Our family loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt so comfortable in this beautiful home! We love the design and it had everything we needed. The kids said their favorite part of the whole trip was the bunk bed room. My only complaint is that I was nervous with them playing in there and sleeping in the high bunks because they're SO high and if someone fell off the bed or ladder they could get really hurt. But we had no issues thankfully and we really enjoyed our stay!

Leg space in that room is very tight due to type of bed frame.
