We are committed to maintaining the beauty and comfort of our resort for your upcoming holidays. As part of this effort, ongoing renovations and preventive maintenance are taking place.

Please note that the schedule provided below only includes larger projects currently planned. Additional repairs and maintenance may occur throughout the resort on an ongoing basis and may not be listed here.

Below, you will find the latest schedule for maintenance work and any facility closures that may affect owners and guests. We will do our best to minimize disturbances during this time, and we sincerely apologize in advance for any noise that maintenance activities may cause during your stay.

1 Apartment Maintenance
• Please note that special allocation requests may not be available during the annual maintenance of the apartments.
• You may experience some noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding!
• For any special requests or assistance, feel free to contact our resort team directly.

2 Lift Replacement
• During the lift replacement, you may encounter higher noise levels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
• For assistance or special requests, please reach out to our resort team.

3 Outdoor Pools Maintenance
• While the outdoor pools undergo annual maintenance, the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and changing facilities will remain available for your enjoyment.
• Outdoor pool schedules may be adjusted based on weather conditions.
• You might experience some noise during the day. Thank you for your patience!
• The pool deck will also be accessible in other pool areas.

3–4 Pool Safety Regulations
• Please be aware that, according to Spanish law, all outdoor pools must close when a lifeguard is not present.
• The “La Fuente” (main pool) deck will be available for sunbathing.
• The children’s pool “La Tortuga” and the activities pool “El Lago” will be closed during maintenance.
• The pool deck will not be accessible during the annual maintenance period.
• Children must always be supervised by a parent while using the swimming facilities.
• Please note that our outdoor pools are not heated.

5 Resort Walk-ways
• Please be aware that during certain times of the day, you may experience some levels of noise.

6 Gym Maintenance
• You may notice higher noise levels during the gym’s annual maintenance.

7 Dining Information
• Breakfast will be served at the Marketplace during this time.
• Our restaurant will be closed for maintenance two days a week.
• A takeaway menu for lunch and dinner will be available for your convenience.
• If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact the resort team.

8 Indoor Pool Maintenance
• All outdoor pools will be open while the indoor pool is being maintained.
• Please be mindful that noise may occur during the day.
• Access to changing facilities may be limited, and the steam room, sauna, and showers may have restricted access.

To help promote health safety, there is limited cash available at this property, and credit cards are the preferred method of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery payment. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
