Great Trip

Really enjoy the entire set up in Cape Coral. Nice pool and hot tub after a long day in the sun! Had some internet issues which we were able to work through with help from Dorit.

Awesome place

This place is awesome. We enjoyed every day we stayed. The pool is great. The neighborhood is very nice. All beaches were great. Will come again to this property.

Holiday Getaway

Stayed here while visiting family in the area. There was an issue and manager was quick to respond. Pool and spa were beautiful! Nice quiet neighborhood. Spacious house. Thanks again Dorit!

Happy visit !

All good. A few glitches but the property manager was very responsive. For us the house was to far from the ocean beaches. The pool area and lanai Area was most enjoyable and we sent a lot of time there. A set of twin beds were very uncomfortable. Hard like a rock. Other beds were very comfortable. Otherwise a great stay. A

A quiet respite

We've been coming to the area for many years to visit our daughter and her family, so we've experienced many rentals. This wasn't the most opulent, but it it was convenient to our daughter's home (less than a mile away). Everything worked as advertised (it was a trick to change TV channels in the upstairs master suite). It was clean (one of the "opulent" ones we once stayed in had a roach infestation), so the wife was pleased at the cleanliness here. As we were here for a medical emergency, we did no touring. But we did visit a couple of our favorite eateries - Ford's Garage, Joe's Crab Shack, and twice - Bonefish Grill. Being at the hospital in Naples during the day, we would use the pool/hot tub first thing in the A.M., then head out to return at the end of the day. Very nice and homey. Thank you for allowing to stay.

House was clean, comfy, waking up early and you can see rabbit in front of the house, pool was really good, with sun and shade.

Heaven on Earth!

My family and I just got back from a wonderful 2 week stay in Villa Happy Feeling. This is definitely our new happy place. We spent all of our time if the beautiful back lanai and pool area. You can easily forget you're in Florida and are instantly transported to Bali. The pool is like no other I have ever seen and feels more like you're swimming in a private lagoon surrounded by beautiful palm trees while listening to the babbling water from the fountains. The inside of the house is also beautiful and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals down to a crock pot for set it and forget it meals while you enjoy your day by the pool. My husband and son loved the stand up punching/kick bag in the garage. We actually bought and left some boxing gloves behind for future guests to use. My husband enjoyed the workout. Dorit was an absolute pleasure to work with and very accommodating. My family and I will be continued guests in this beautiful villa. If you are looking for a tranquil beautiful private setting in Florida, this is the place to rent. It is called Villa Happy Feeling for a reason. It is my new Happy Place! Regards, The Nieto Family

Great getaway!

We visited from Wisconsin the week of 3/18-3/25/22. My husband, our 3 children-ages 11, 9, & 7-and my mother in law stayed in the home. We visited with family who live in the area. Convenient location, quiet subdivision. The lanai area was awesome! The whole family enjoyed the pool/spa. Was nice to escape from our wintery weather back home! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing pool and spa

We scheduled two weeks at the rental and planned to do a lot of site-seeing while in Florida but the pool was so amazing we ended up spending most of our time at the house sunning and swimming. The evenings playing games next to the waterfall and color-changing pool are some of our favorite memories. Thank you Dorit for making our stay so enjoyable.

Tropical Hot Tub & Pool

We did have some minor issues that didn’t get resolved during our stay. Nothing trip ruining, but there were several items that had to be addressed. Be cautious using dishes there as the dishwasher doesn’t get them clean, nor does the dryer dry anything. Someone came out to look at them, but nothing changed. They did send pest control out to spray and put a new handle on the front door. Be cautious if you need reliable internet - you won’t find it here. Streaming issues/Dish network issues. A/C wasn’t consistent. The rooms are hot with the doors closed at night - no ceiling fans, but they do have standing fans. The beds could definitely be more comfortable. Tried to use the soaker tub, but the water ran cold before it could be filled. Nice big shower. The hot tub and pool were the saving grace! It is a wonderful outdoor space. Pet friendly. Grill worked. Door Dash delivers. 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Bring your own TP - the starter roll provided is like rice paper. Dorit the property manager addressed the issues in a satisfactory timeframe - however it was inconvenient to try to schedule service people and troubleshoot over the phone the wifi/TV issues and manage the household problems while trying to be on vacation with your family. It was a nice quiet secluded house, we enjoyed the time we had together - but given the option to stay here again, I would decline and try a different property.

Amazing pool and landscaping

Perfect getaway if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in a private heated pool with jacuzzi. The landscaping made us feel we were in the tropics and however it was set up, it felt cool while we were out of the pool despite very high temperatures during our stay. House is as described and very clean. Property manager was very responsive and easy to reach. We were sad to leave.

Awesome Home

This was by far our favorite Vrbo we have stayed at. Clean, well stocked, quiet neighborhood, and great pool with hot tub. Dorin was amazing to work with also!
