The Tiki Hut unit is privately located on the property, plenty of space for 5 guest, 2 bedroom, upper bedroom has a half bath , queen bed and a full bed , toilet and sink and is accessible by spiral staircase, lower bedroom bathroom has a King bed bathroom has a walk in shower with stack washer and dryer. Spacious living area with a fully functional kitchen. The property is an acre of lush tropical plants. Conveniently located to the downtown and beach, we allow a dog 35 lbs or less Pets over 35 lbs will require owners approval

Perfect little hidden oasis thats close to everything!! The pool, fountains, twinkle lights, and lush landscaping were exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Tiki hut vacay spot

Wonderful place for our small family visit. The grounds and outdoor areas were very peaceful and the pool was very pleasant. Indoor space was comfortable and the kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft.

Best place for a family reunion. We were all able to stay on the property. Each hut is great and is well stock with everything you will possibly need. We will definitely be back!!

The place was absolutely beautiful to stay at. The outdoor oasis was amazing and our kids loved the pool. They had mosquitos but they provided a brand new bottle of bug spray and citronella candles outside to use. The inside of the unit was very clean and well stocked. The location was amazing and close to the beach as well as downtown Dunedin. If we go back to the area, I would check to see if this place is available. Its definitely a gem to stay at!

This was our fourth stay at this outstanding property, and we look forward to returning year after year. Nothing compares to morning coffee in the Tiki Hut, or relaxing in the evening overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds. I often recommend the property when speaking to friends or even complete strangers; this year I shared a brochure with people that were behind us in the queue for the airplane on the way home. We are already looking to stay number five!

Beautiful property

This was my second time staying at this property, this time in Island Oak and Tiki Hut Cottage. Both places are very cute, clean and well maintained, but what draws me in is the property itself. Their landscape is a work of art and stunning. We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely getaway

My husband and I spent nine days at the TikiHut. Hosts couldnt be more accommodating. The grounds are spectacular and tropical. We feel fortunate to have found this haven.

Family weekend wedding stay

We had a family wedding and stayed at The Tiki Hut! It was AMAZING!!!! For a family of 4 it’s perfect!!! Plus you can rent out multiple units if you have a large family or group!!! Pool and Hot Tub!! And the outdoor area is just fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Excellent Property

Took our grandchildren over to see some other family before they started school and it just happened to the weekend Mother Nature brought a tropical storm our way. We stayed and bunkered down for 36 hours but it was still a great trip. They host is very nice, understanding and easy to get a hold of.

Tiki Hut

This was my second time staying at the tiki hut house I’m going back with another set of two weeks. This is the most relaxing place you could ever imagine. The grounds are spectacular and really smell like a tropical. I will move back again and I can highly recommend. My only criticism would be the upstair bed could use new mattresses.

Awesome Dunedin Rental

Awesome property and enjoyed the stay. Just a few things that would improve the stay. 1. New coffee machine 2. Smart TV in family room 3. Updated kitchware 4. Adequate Toilet Paper (we ran out with 2 days left in our stay) 5. Mattress in master room has noticeable indent on left side. May want to look into a new/different mattress. We love the property and the location and look forward to many more stays in the future. JH

Hidden Gem In Delightful Dunedin

We loved our stay even with our trip being cut short by a day due to Hurricane Ian approaching. Everything was as described. Kids loved the swimming in the pool, playing on the tree swing and feeding the fish and turtles in the small pond. The mosquitos we're plentiful so bring repellent if you think of it in advance. Highly recommend...we will be returning!!

This is our se stay at this life’s work of a property. We love every single aspect of it.

We have rented this property before and will every time we are in the area. In fact we are already planning our next visit. The owners are lovely and do everything possible to make the stay private but at the same time feelingbcared for as if at a private resort. Simply lovely.
