Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire first floor of a two story duplex) including living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry, shared backyard, and fully gated pool that will be shared with the upstairs residents in the adjacent unit. Note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered.
