SUNSHINE LAKE VILLA à quelques kilomètres de Disney

Bienvenue à Sunshine Lake Villa, notre magnifique, 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain avec piscine et salle de jeux et de nombreuses améliorations. Notre maison au bord du lac peut accueillir 8 personnes. Nous sommes situés dans la prestigieuse communauté d'Oak Island Harbour.
La maison est équipée de toutes les touches personnelles d'une résidence de luxe. Il a été rénové en octobre 2016.

La grande cuisine ouverte contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et servir vos repas à la maison. Il a un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur et grille-pain. Les casseroles, les poêles et tous les ustensiles de cuisine fournis avec la maison rendent la préparation de votre repas super facile et rapide.

Le salon est équipé d'une grande télévision à écran plat, de grands canapés et d'une table basse. Tout est joliment décoré. La pièce de départ spacieuse mène à la véranda couverte avec une piscine fermée. La piscine et le patio donnent sur le lac et la belle fontaine et sont équipés de tables de patio et de salons.

La chambre principale est au rez-de-chaussée. Il est entièrement meublé avec un lit queen-size, un ventilateur de plafond, des tables de chevet, des lampes, une télévision à écran plat, une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche double et un lavabo double.

Au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons également une chambre d'enfants. Il est entièrement meublé avec deux lits jumeaux noirs avec des décorations Mickey et Mini. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète avec douche.

Au deuxième étage, nous avons deux autres chambres. La première chambre de la suite est entièrement équipée et décorée avec des touches modernes et contemporaines. Paris, Londres et New York est le thème de cette suite. Il y a un lit queen, TV, baignoire jacuzzi et douche.
Nous n'avons pas oublié notre chambre Princess. Il est meublé de deux lits jumeaux blancs, d'une télévision et de nombreuses touches de princesse.

Le chauffage de la piscine est facultatif. Si vous désirez chauffer la piscine, des frais supplémentaires de 150 $ par semaine s'appliquent.

peaceful , yet so near to everything

Amazing , big but cosy too for board games etc .Perfect location , you would never know you were so close to major shops , this is made even better by the lake you see from pool area .Hoping to return in the not too distant future .

Enjoyed the stay

Enjoyed the stay. Property was immaculately clean. Location was great. Beautiful view of the lake. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery. All appliances and electronics worked well. Kitchen and baths a bit dated but overall great property that I'd rent again.

Fantastic overall experience

We travel to Florida at leat 4 times a year. This is our first trip with the kids and grandkids. The house was decorated perfectly and VERY clean. The pool area was perfect. The owner had thought ov everything, down to pasta strainer. THANK YOU!

Beautiful!

This house was beautiful! My only suggestion is to put a ceiling fan in the Mickey Mouse bedroom. This room gets direct sunlight and there were several nights in that room where my daughter's baby monitor said between 79 and 82 degrees. We were lucky that we had brought a box fan with us and that helped keep her cool. Other than that, I would definitely book this place again!

The house is perfect. Great location for everything regarding Disney parks. Easy access, quiet neighbourhood and easy and friendly contact with the owners. We will came back for sure.

Great location, property is tired and needs repair/investment

The location of this property is great for Disney and the views are amazing, you can see the Disney fireworks over the lake on a clear night! We found a few problems with the villa that were flagged up during our stay including light fittings that were broken and the pool table and table football tables broken etc. A repair man was sent round and did fix some of the problems like a broken shelf however we were told that the broken lights (only 1 out of the 4 bulbs in the room my daughter was in actually worked) and replacement batteries for other items would not be fixed as the owner would not pay for this. Also the pool table could not be used even after the repair man had been as all the balls would roll against the side cushion - apparently adding more cardboard under the adjustable feet still wouldn't fix the problem... Disappointing taint on on otherwise good stay. Please fix these small faults that mean the difference between a pleasurable stay and one which leaves a bad taste.

Perfect House to Vacation In!!

My family of 3 and my sister's family of 4 stayed here for 1 week and felt like we were in heaven!! The house was clean, and beds were all comfy and the the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. The pool was perfect..in fact we didn't even leave the house except to go out to dinner 3 nights. We didn't use the pool table or the foos ball table so I can't comment on them. A new sofa was delivered while we were there which was wonderful!! We had a small issue with the A/C but before we even called the owner the management had it taken care of. All in all this was an absolute wonderful place to stay and we will be returning here again. Thank you Kathy for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable!!

Great vacation home

The house has all the amenities anyone could need. There is a large kitchen stocked with glasses, pots, and pans. The appliances are up to date. The house is very easy to get to and close to the park. The process of renting the house was incredibly easy. I will definitely be doing this again.

My family spent our Disney vacation at this house for the 2nd time in a row. We've been coming to Orlando every year for the past 10 years and this home is by far the best one we've ever stayed at. It is truly home away from home: very clean and perfectly accommodated for any family needs; every little thing one could wish to have while away from home is thoroughly thought through and provided for. The house is very conveniently located to all major attractions, stores, and restaurants. It has a spacious floor plan and beautifully decorated. Pool area is very private and the beautiful view of the lake is amazing. This is the cleanest home we ever rented. The check in and check out is so easy. The owner is great person to deal from start to finish. My family can't wait to spend another vacation at this house again.

Great house, excellent value

My family of six enjoyed 10 nights at this house for Spring Break. We chose it because of its proximity to the Disney parks and Universal. Each park was 20-30 mins away. The house is very spacious. The open living room and kitchen is a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The master suit is huge! We were happy to have our own bathrooms and my children loved the Princess and Mickey decor. One downside to the house is a lack of dressers in the bedrooms. Only the master bedroom has one. The other queen room and the princess room each have a closet with one shelf at the top, which is already used to store extra bedding. The Mickey room has nothing besides a bedside table. This meant that four of us were mostly living out of suitcases, which was not ideal. Some racking inside the closets would give you somewhere to put your clothes. Not everything can be hung up. I would not recommend this house for light sleepers, as the master bed is very creaky, to the point that my husband and I would wake each other up just by rolling over. Neither of us had an undisturbed nights sleep while we were there. This is why I have not given if 5 stars. All of the other beds were quiet and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool. The outside area is very small, but the view of the lake makes it feel much bigger. We paid the extra to heat the pool, which was a necessity in March. We have rented a dozen houses in the past five years and this house was by far the best value for money. The bathrooms and the kitchen are a little outdated, but for the price, you can't complain. Everything works. The house was well stocked with essentials to get you going. There plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery, which is not always the case with vacation homes. Kathy was excellent to work with and was very gracious with the few requests that we had. She also returned our deposit the very next day. I would definitely rent this house again if the master mattress was replaced.

Perfect location and house for a family! Space for everyone!

This house was wonderful! We really could see Disney fireworks at night, we could go to the beach, go shopping and hit the parks all with 30 minutes of the house! Loved it and would recommend to everyone!:)

Great Place to Stay

The Sunshine Lake villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is only minutes from a good selection of restaurants and shops. The house was recently renovated, and everything was like brand new. We loved the peace and quiet, especially in the evenings beside the pool, looking out over the pond. The perfect remedy after a busy day at the parks. It is absolutely lovely.There isn't anything negative about this home. The location is great! Very close to Disney and anything else that you might need. Our hostess Kathy was always on call if anything was needed. She is one of a kind! Highly recommended.

My family and I were truly amazed! The villa was absolutely delightful! Better than the pictures! The decorations were incredible! The pool was very relaxing and we had a ball swimming in it! Very spacious! I can't say enough about this villa! I highly recommend it to anyone. The location was so close Disney, along with shopping and restaurants. The home was supplied with everything you could think of. They had so many supplies that we did not need to bring most of the items we packed. The lake view was amazing. You will not be disappointed staying there. This was the best place we have stayed when going to Disney. Thank you Kathy for a memorable vacation!

We love the weather, location, parks and almost everything that Florida has to offer. Our property is unique with a beautiful panoramic view of the water fountain located in the lake directly behind our villa. You can see the fireworks every night from the pool area. There is so much space to relax after a long day at the parks.
