La propriété:
House est à quelques minutes du magnifique Stone Mountain Park, à 20 minutes du centre-ville / Midtown Atlanta pour le shopping et la vie nocturne. Profitez de votre propre espace privé dans la maison lumineuse du lac, en regardant la montagne depuis votre propre pont arrière. Vous apprécierez le canotage, la pêche, la piscine toute la journée, Vous pouvez sauter dans le bateau de votre propre arrière-cour pour accéder au grand lac. Nous pouvons offrir la navigation de plaisance, le vélo et la pêche, les petits frais sont ajoutés séparément.

L'espace:
3 chambres d'hôtes avec lits Queen ou doubles; le matelas facultatif peut être ajouté à la chambre d'amis; 2 salles de bain complètes (une avec bain à remous et douche); 1 demi-bain disponible au 1 er étage.

Booked this stay because of the location and amenities for my family. After driving 7 hours to arrive at 4:30 am expecting to be able to check in and get some rest before heading out for our outing. Instead we arrived to find out that this property was sold and noone contacted us p

Lakehouse in lithona

We enjoyed our stay we arrived the evening before Thanksgiving were giving instructions how to enter the house before we arrived unlocked the door and my wife and my 8yr began to explore the house we quickly found a extra key along with wifi password plenty of space down stairs nice wood floors unpacked and picked a bedroom and we all rushed out back on the deck to see the setting sun on the lake just beautiful then back inside to start dinner we loved the motorized reclining couch very very comfortable kitchen was neat and tidy on the second evening after visiting family for turkey day my son and I left early came back to the lakehouse for a lil fishing out back I fish alot at home in my local lake and bass tournaments went out back caught four nice bass in 30 min lost a couple all were released to fight another day we will definitely book this house again my one and only complaint which had nothing to do with the house was the barking dog next door smh 3 legs and barked constantly other that uncontrollable God's creature 😀 we loved our stay neighborhood was quiet and house is a couple miles from a grocery store and other shopping areas which was a plus whole stay was a A+

very clean house we loved the lake and the Chinese geese were an added plus to the lake .. we loved this lake house and would definitely recommend this property if your in Lithonia

Really enjoyed staying at this property

Everything was exactly as they said it would be in the description. I loved the Lakeview and feeding of the ducks. Lots of room and space for my small clan that was there with me.. The amenities for the kitchen and bathroom was a very nice touch. We really appreciated that.. However, I would recommend you getting better pillows for the main bedroom. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your vacation home. I was very pleased and satisfied.

Save Your Money and Stay Away

Spider in first floor restroom. Roaches in kitchen/dinning room. Had to use a small refrigerator because the large refrigerator didn't work. Low air flow in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Lights falling out of the ceiling. The wrong size blinds used in the dining room. Light covers missing from some of the ceiling lights and light above the sink didn't work at all. Bed sheet used as a curtain for large window above front door. Exterior of the house was dirty and covered in spider webs like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Last but not least, the ducks that practically attack you for food. Had to use an umbrella to scare them away so we could enter home. We cut our 3 night stay to just 1 night and found another place to spend our vacation. I didn't contact the owner because there was nothing they could do. I'm sure they are nice people but this place was a mess.

Excellent gateway. Good place to children's education.

We like this lake side vacation house, it's truly a great gateway for family and friends. We like the rooms, furniture, kitchen, yard, lake, LEGO, computer, etc. ... Everything feels like natural, organic, authentic (no fake, no artificial), just like a real home-away place. Especially the hand-made real wood beds, such sturdy and strong, makes my wife memorized grand-day's true love ! Children like to feed the geese, which give them so many joy; the organic vegetable garden, fishes in the lake, can be seen by eye. All these natural life style are big attractions to children, and made children get rid of the addictions of cell phone and video game; children are enjoy and busy at many indoor and outdoor activities. We love this lake house as vacation place. We strongly suggest to all parents, who are care about children's education.

We had a wonderful time. Home was very central to Covington and Atlanta which is what we were there for. Great home. I traveled with 3 teenage girls.

Excellet lakeHouse with such good price

The lake-house is really gorgeous vacation place to family, friends, kids. Women are so enjoy the lake view, clean hardwood floors, true cotton liens, bed sheets, new refrigerator, instant pot, fancy induction stove. Having coffee in the deck to view the beautiful lake at morning and evening, it's such a great relax vacation ! Men are enjoy the vegetable garden, the fishing and boating options in backyard lake, we even pick up the cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden; they are so FRESH and JUICY, all NATURE and ORGANIC ! Kids are enjoy the special pets -- two white geese / ducks / swan -- whatever the name, they are so cute, looks like a boy and a girl, they are nested in the backyard lake-shore, and will come to front yard to ask for food, when they hear about people are in the house. Property manager leave some bread and rice inside refrigerator for the white geese, and told us how to feed and pet them. Our children indeed have great fun in this lake house. We definitely will come back again. Gorgeous place for everyone !

The Worst

This property is terrible I have been staying at Vrbo properties for the last 17 years never seen anything like this before front screen door broken, Refrige broken, stove has tricks to make it work, notes throughout this place saying how things don’t properly work, ceiling lights no domes, bed frames made out of 2x4 wood, just a few things that was noticed, by far too many to type this was a poor place to stay very surprised Vrbo would let something like this on the website very extremely unhappy with the property owner should be ashamed of themselves.. Vrbo you need to come see this property ASAP !
